A suggestable space for indoor games for kids under 11.Ground floor is well arranged with toys ,includes inflatable slide.Ball games with video that is the highlight ,I felt in Chipmunks. Limited space but arranged well to make kids enjoy.Entry fee is reasonable as well as different packages available for big familiarity. Adult and children below 1 has free entry.Chipmunks has its own cafe and birthday party area. Place is well cleaned and kids friendly.Really choosable spot to make kids enjoy when climate is challenging.

Chipmunks is awesome. The birthday rooms are light and spacious, the play areas, my daughter loved and said there was so much to do and keep them busy. The staff were lovely, the coffee was good and the food, ice creams and snacks available were great!

Just had my daughters 6th birthday today at Chipmunks. Great atomsphere, friendly and helpful staff. Playground is clean and tidy. Kids enjoyed Charlie when we were in the Birthday Room.

Blood all over absolutely everything. Down ALL the slides, literal footprints of blood, blood in the ball pit, up the climbing bits, and it was already there when we’d arrived. Told staff and they don’t see it as a priority, rather clean a little bit then walk off and start serving food. This is a massive hygiene and health concern. That’s how kids get sick. Extremely disappointed. Had to disappoint my kid by leaving after 20 minutes. Gross. The parents of that kid being oblivious should be ashamed too. I have videos if you care to get in contact. Prioritise not being disgusting.

Amazing facilities for babies crawling and walking, also our 7-9 year old enjoyed themselves, everything is clean, all the machines are in working order and we were also greeted and given information when we arrived which is not something I’m used to it was really nice thank you so much

Place is clean, all areas only thing is is the baby area had big kids playing around the babies as it was hard for them to freely play due to the big kids being rough with equipment.. We had our meals then covered our food in the hopes to go back to eat it and the food was taken away. So I mentioned to the worker she just goes oh .. We had chips,chicken nuggets and a few slices of pizza with cut mango on the side... All gone after I had explained we were going to eat that food she gives us cold chips and cut up small pieces of chicken nuggets like it was someone else's remaining food that they had never finished and that was just tossed in the bin Shocking

It's very nice place for children. My daughter really enjoy here, she is very small I wish I could stay longer there. Thanks for designing wonderful place for kids n parents. Food options are good too.

Can the store managers of this establishment take some responsibility for how this chipmunks is being run. Staff have appalling customer service. There are rules set in place but no staff to reinforce them for the safety of the kids which leaves parents having to step in which we shouldn't need to. This chipmunks is probably the worst one I've been to by far. Also reading the reviews this seems to happen often. Do better! I also noticed only the 5 star reviews will get a reply back from the establishment. How about reply to all of the reviews instead of replying to those that make the establishment look good.

We always love coming to New Lynn chipmunks my kids love it 😍 somewhere for them to run free and be happy 🥰
