I asked the manager if they can please put on a Hairnet and Beard Net when serving my food. He said they are not required to use them. I think that is wild since they deal with food. It’s simple, if you don’t like to hear beard nets, don’t have a beard. You deal with others foods and I’m sure you wouldn’t like another humans hair i. Your food. A recent visit to a Chipotle restaurant left me with a lukewarm impression, primarily due to subpar cleanliness standards that failed to meet my expectations. While the food itself was satisfactory, the glaring issue of cleanliness cast a shadow over the overall dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a top priority. Tables were littered with crumbs and spills, which gave the impression that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The floor had noticeable dirt and grime, suggesting a lack of regular maintenance. Additionally, the condiment station was in disarray, with various toppings scattered and overall disorganized. This lack of cleanliness was not only off-putting but also raised concerns about the general hygiene practices of the establishment. Despite these cleanliness hiccups, the food at Chipotle was passable, albeit unremarkable. The burrito I ordered contained a decent variety of ingredients, but they were not as fresh as I had hoped. The meat lacked that desirable tenderness and seemed somewhat dried out, while the vegetables lacked the vibrant colors indicative of optimal freshness. Furthermore, the portion sizes were inconsistently proportioned, leaving me feeling somewhat cheated in terms of value for money. In terms of service, I found the staff to be polite and efficient, albeit slightly detached. However, this was not enough to compensate for the lackluster cleanliness that persisted throughout the restaurant. It was evident that a more rigorous approach to maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment was sorely needed. All in all, my experience at this Chipotle restaurant was a disappointment due to its substandard cleanliness. While the food was average and the service was adequate, the neglect of basic cleanliness standards overshadowed any positives. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers. All workers rude af, I asked tortilla guy did he know total price would be for keto style burrito he said look up there , I said okay then asked for no beans no rice, then asked guy gauc would be extra do I get discount for no rice and beans and he looked upset and said no , and at register I asked girl to split payment bc me and my gf where spiting bill on 2 orders and she literally rolled her eyes. What in heck is there problem I'm Veteran so I was completely polite and I don't appreciate pure disrespect for no reason. It was baffled why they where acting like that her name was destiny. They where pure rude facial expression and all. I understand it's min wage job and I give credit but to be the one to start being rude when I was nothing but polite it's no go in my book. If you hate your job don't work there and give attitude to strangers that are just trying grab bite to eat. Location: Okay, Parking: Small and busy, Service: Okay, Price for received: Decent. Senior Menu: Nope, Overall, I have tried this chain before but not this location. I doled like the fact that you can eat inside or the open seating outside. Now in the past I have tried the burrito and found it to be good, after all you are the one choosing what goes in as long as the items are cooked well they taste pretty decent. This time I tried a bowl and to my surprise I feel that is the way to go. You get more for your dollar from what I could see. Again what you add will make or break your meal. My first time coming to this Chipotle and I’ll never ever come to this one again! First of all it was dirty inside but regardless I’ve worked in food service so I didn’t mind, they have closing stuff to do but I got a quesadilla with guacamole, and rice on the side and the cheese in the quesadilla is not melted, had crunchy rice, and the guac had something very hard in it 😐 the management of this store needs to do a better job at holding its people accountable and meeting basic consistency with their food. This is not the employees fault this is clearly a management problem. For reference I went a little after 8pm on 8/26/23. The place wasn't very clean and there was cross contamination of meat with vegetarian items which was important for our group since we had 4 vegetarians out of 6 people. Felt like the person putting the food together didn't care if things mixed or mingled. The food was very flavorful and I would recommend this place for the most part. Very unfriendly and rude servers specifically the young African americans. also the cashier named destiny rolled her eyes back when me and my bf wanted to split the bill. Today is 10/6. I ordered my food at 12:30 I asked for 2 simple burrito bowls. Keto friendly I understand it’s a fast past job. I work also with costumers everyday. I never seen such disrespect towards people that are just trying to eat healthy. When my 2 bowls were being made I said I wanted them identical to each other and not only did he rush the last bowl he gave very uneven portions. As if he was rushing or irritated. so we left the place in the hurry uncomfortable. Got back to my car they didn’t even add for or spoons to our bag for food that requires it! We asked for it to go so we weren’t in the serving area. I come back to ask for more lettuce on my food cause they barely gave any on the last bowl the server is rolling his eyes looking at the cashier destiny specifically just so disrespectful. I’m sorry I don’t usually complain but that was the most unfriendly interaction I’ve had with food servers. And my bf are very unsatisfied with the food. I'm going to start off with it was during the rain storm so I will give it another shot. However the food wasn't very fresh and the chips had to be old because they were stale. Had a piece of the soda machine pop of and go in my cup as it sprayed everywhere. I went today to order Chipotle. I ordered 2 burritos and 2 build your owns. I feel I was discriminated against financially for a medical disability. My medical team is telling me to eat in a specific way for GI reasons. I am working with a GI surgeon, dietician, nutritionist, and primary care physician , and we are trying to get a medical situation under control. I'm a 100%service connected disabled veteran, and being told for the first time ever since eating at Chipotle since 2004 i have to pay for additional toppings that are considered free on burritos. I got shredded cheese and green salsa on the side. The employee that made my food told me I would be charged, but then he changed his mind after he went to the back of the store to ask somebody and he comes back and says "it's ok, no, you're good, you won't have to pay for it." But then another gentleman who I think his name is Ethan, According to my receipt, came in from the lobby area, Who did not hear the conversation and said he has to charge me because he has to follow the rules. Even though I told him I've never been charged since 2004, I get the same thing every time, and this is the first I've heard of this charge of free items for burritos. I obviously did not want to get into my medical history with a line Full of people watching me during lunch rush hour, So I just paid my bill and left very humiliated and discriminated against with a medical disability I have no control over and I'm being financially taken advantage of while being on a fixed income (I'm disabled and can't work due to my disabilities). I have never been charged for extra toppings on the side of my burrito in the 19 years I've patroned Chipotle, with the past 7 years being at 1092 Hospitality lane ste B San Bernardino CA 92408. For the record, allow me to explain what is in my burrito, and you let me know if this is excessive. Standard serving of white rice, steak, and corn salsa inside of the burrito. Shredded cheese and green salsa on the side containers. These would be considered free items if they were all on my burrito, but my doctors are having me eat a certain way where I need to bird pick at the food for GI reasons. I should not be forced to pay for free toppings because I medically need to eat my food a certain way. This location literally sits next to VA Loma Linda and Loma Linda Medical University. I'm pretty sure people have medical issues. Nobody's trying to get over on your side items. I paid $40 for my food and have always received free shredded cheese and salsa till now. This was a very humiliating experience. I spoke with corporate to filed a formal complaint. I also filed a formal complaint with the American w/Disabilities Act for discrimination. This is not ok and no where on your menu does it state this made up rule of being charged extra for what Chipotle has deemed FREE TOPPINGS.
