Having seen Altgeld Hall Tower, it's time to have a rest at this fast food. Mexican cuisine is a must-taste one at Chipotle Mexican Grill. You can always try nicely cooked guacamole, steaks and burrito bowl - a special offer of this place. This spot offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Most guests indicate that the staff is nice. The fast service is a great advantage of this fast food. The quiet atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But Chipotle Mexican Grill is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

The amount of food that you can gain differs day by day. You must realize that the food supply here is limited, especially on crowded days. Therefore, when you arrive at Chipotle on busy days, you won’t receive the appropriate food or service. Avoid Wednesday lunchtime since there is this one Latina girl who serves you with an attitude. I go here multiple times per week, but this woman is not respectable or kind(check my review date since she might be gone soon). I only leave three stars because there are kind servers during the weekend. You will see the drastic contrast between the weekend and Wednesday food amounts from the following photos. Ordered burrito bowls online and got extra chicken, but when we got the food it barely looked like enough for one portion of chicken. Almost half of the volume was just sour cream. Unreasonably small portion sizes, even after repeatedly asking for more scoops. The person first started by scooping an abscene amount of rice, which I had to tell her to stop. Same with beans. The good portions end there. I had about maybe 60% of one scoop of chicken, and even after asking for a little bit more meat (only because it’s fair) before charging double meat, the person proceeded to add one more cube of meat. Super small portion sizes throughout, and when I asked for a side of queso at the end, for which I paid $2.45, I ended up only getting half (even less, since the surface area is smaller at the bottom) of a cup. I’ve went to countless chipotles across the country, and this one is by far the most stingiest chipotle that makes me feel like I have to fight for my food after paying for it. Other chipotles have always consistently gave me a fair amount of meat, and definitely a full side portion cup of either guacamole, corn, or queso. Being busy at the heart of campus should NOT be an excuse to mistreat students and take their business for granted. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl today, and, wow... it is very, very salty. I had to pause multiple times throughout my meal. I honestly can't stomach this. I'm giving three stars instead of one star because they usually make good bowls. I don't know what they did to the food this time around.

The Chipotle restaurant is satisfactory, providing decent food and portions. However, there have been multiple occasions where the food had problems, which was fairly compensated later. I ordered this and it’s literally not even a full bowl I feel taken advantage of lol they charged me 14 dollars for a half bowl. Inflation is a real thing at chipotle…Hopefully it tastes good at least Price per person $10–20

A decent ambiance Mexican grill restaurant, Chipotle has really great and tasty food options. I'll specifically talk about Vegetarian options which are plenty and great in taste. The staff at this outlet was welcoming and friendly. I ordered a veggie rice bowl with tofu as the protein. It was really great. I'll say take two tortillas as a side and divide and fill the rice bowl in two tortillas and two people can eat it separately and divide the money, and it's equally plentiful. 😆 The rice bowl and a side of tortilla costed me 9.5 dollars including tax. If I could review this Chipotle zero stars I would. If you are ordering catering through Chipotle, I highly recommend seeking out catering elsewhere. I ordered catering for 115 through chipotle online. Chipotle outsources to doordash for delivery and doordash was told the Chipotle did not have the order. The order was to be delivered at 5:30PM for an event that I was hosting until 8PM. After disputing with Chipotle customer service and Doordash until 6:15pm we were told the Chipotle made a mistake and they could remake or refund us. We had 115 people to feed so we asked they remake the food and that we would pick-up. The person on site said they did not have enough ingredients but they were doing what they can to which I said that is no problem at all, mistakes happen. We walked out of Chipotle as our event was ending. With that being said, we hoped Chipotle would refund us a portion of the catering considering the mishap that was the fault of their staff. They have only refunded us the doordash fees. I must add that while struggling to carry the boxes to my car, not one staff member even offered to help or hold the door. the bowl was good but the service is so poor. i came back 10 minutes after i paid for my order because i asked for fresh guac and forgot to wait for it (and they forgot to pack it in my bag before i left). i had to go back and forth with an employee, then a manager who was a bit more helpful, about the fact that i left without receiving my guacamole. i finally got my guac, that i will say the employee was adamant about filling fully, and it’s so nasty… i should’ve just got the dark green guac when i initially ordered to save myself the trouble. maybe that would have more cilantro and flavor EDIT: i don’t think i ever edited a review to add to how bad my experience is. i’ve returned here a couple times since my last review due to the convenience on my longer day of the week but the service is still SO bad! i have never been to a chipotle with such bad service?? i said excuse me SEVERAL times over the counter where 2 workers were to ask for more of an ingredient and someone else next to me in line also said it on my behalf. it was about a full minute and a half before my order was fixed to my liking. there needs to be some better training & streamlining for busy hours because its painful to wait in line for a fresh bowl. i would almost rather just order online and risk it being stolen at this point!
