I go to chipotle all the time because I love it, and I have gone to this specific location of chipotle often since it’s near my work and I can assure you this is by far the worst chipotle for everything. Absolutely no offense to the people who work their but it’s almost as if they just have no braincells or are just not trained whatsoever. Almost every time I have got a meal here there is something wrong with the food ( looks like it’s been sitting for hours or not even done correctly ) or they will charge you for something in which you literally didn’t even order, and then the workers will proceed to look and talk to you like you’re the one in the wrong when you try to correct them. This location needs to have a management review or have someone constantly looking over them because they just are a bunch of chickens running around with their heads chopped off looking for answers. I love chipotles fresh tasting food and crispy chips and guacamole. My kids loved their steak kids meal with apple juice. Pretty quiet at this location as we were one of just a few customers there at about 5 pm. Service was good. Music a little loud but better than a lot of places in Orange County that don’t play music. We love to go to Chipotle, we always go to the one in Marguerita Pkwy in MV. The staff is so friendly and the food taste great and it's very fresh. The guacamole is one of the most delicious that I tried in my life and I went to many mexican restaurants. This Chipotle is near my house and is usually pretty consistently good. Line is usually pretty long but it moves quick. The food is consistently good however the chips are usually pretty dark in comparison to other chipotles. I believe they need to change the oil more often to achieve a better more crisp chip. Took 10 minutes to open past the time the door and google says they open. Then another few minutes getting someone to take my order for one burrito. With Chipotle you get fresh ingredients and locally sourced ingredients while entirely committing to an elevated flavor and experience. This location is really impressive with a friendly and personable staff. They were working as a great team to handle an influx of traffic while at the same making sure all their ingredients were stocked and fresh. That is what elevated this chain and especially this location.

The two women working tonight were so rude to me and did not want to help me at all. They were overcharging me and had no interest in helping me. I was counting on this being my dinner but left with no food because they refused to help me, this experience made me not want to go back to not only this location but any Chipotle. They were seriously so rude I walked out crying, how hard is it to be kind? Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Asked the girl behind the counter to give me extra cheese, she looked at me like I asked for her kidney. And ended up making my bowl so spicy that I'm sure I'll have upset stomach. Garbage service! Girls get red hair and think they're cooler than rest of us.

We usually love this Chipotle but today it felt like there were only new hires. It took four people to make my order. They will also extremely stingy with the portions which is so not like Chipotle. Hope the service improves. Food was consistent and as good as ever.
