The server was having a hard time to fill kids meal rice portion. He just filled half of the given portion, and when I asked to fill it properly, he started arguing that's kids' meal, and we serve this much only ....looked very annoying and rude ... was calling himself a manager ....won't pay again here .... This is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve seen ordering food with a mobile app. They got our order wrong not once, BUT TWICE for something that should’ve only taken a moment to make. We waited over 20 minutes past our “pickup time”, which was estimated at 6:20PM to get our food. Then when they finally handed us our bag of food we went home and realized they gave us someone else’s food but in a bag labeled with our mobile order receipt. We drove back to the store to get the order switched out, and we waited even longer to get the “right order”. Finally at 7:30pm they give us our “freshly remade” order and we checked the names before we left to make sure the right order. One of the stickers looked old and torn and we almost questioned if they even remade our order or if they still had it in the back, but we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because it was busy and we were hungry and already in a rush to get home because we had other things to do today. We should’ve COMPLETELY unwrapped our order though, because while all the stickers were correct, every single order was wrong and didn’t match their stickers even remotely. Both burritos were not supposed to have beans(one of us is allergic to beans), and the burritos they gave us had beans, the wrong rice, all the wrong toppings, etc. And the bowl we ordered had the wrong kind of beans, was missing the chicken, and also had very hot sauce on it that wasn’t supposed to be on it. Usually we wait in line and order in store so that we can make sure everything is right, but since we had three items and only two people(cause we’re bringing it home to someone), we decided to do a mobile order as we were directed in our previous order experience before this one. Last time we came in and ordered for four people the guy making the order got mad and said “Just do a mobile order next time if you are ordering more meals than the people you have in your group”(though that time it wasn’t busy in the store). Despite his rude attitude we let it slide because we know jobs like this are stressful(I also work in fast food) and sometimes it’s a lot of pressure if someone’s already going through a hard time. But I don’t think it’s unreasonable to get what you pay for, and I especially don’t think it’s acceptable for workers to deliberately “remake” everything in our order incorrectly and wrap it in the right labels just because we asked to get our incorrect order fixed. I've been to quite a few Chipotles and this location was subpar. The employees weren't very enthusiastic, I feel that the amount of portions was less than normal.there were napkins on the floor and I probably would not eat at this location again. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order online from here. 3 times in a row, same order every time, I paid twice the price for half of a normal serving. Based on the other reviews it would appear this is nothing new. The photo posted is meant to be double rice, double meat, and when wrapped that’s how small it was, could have fit two in that bowl. The compensation I received, a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. That was more of an insult than paying $20 for half a burrito. The kids meals I bought for my kids were also half sized. My wife ordered a standard burrito bowl, and that was still smaller than usual but even that was larger than my double rice double meat burrito bowl . Who ever the staff responsible for doing the online orders is, they’re either miserable or incompetent, maybe both. How hard is it to scoop food? Apparently very. Either way they’re destroying the potential success of this location. They’ve lost my interest. This is probably one of the worst Chipotles in the area. They withhold food regardless if you show up in person or order through app. Usually avoid getting food here but circumstances made it impossible. Was disappointed to arrive home with almost half a bowl of food that was barely warm with a few beans hidden within it when I asked for no beans. My order requested for extra everything besides meat and I was given a bowl that looked partially eaten and left out. This is a go-to place for me ! I always get a veggie bowl with a tortilla on the side ! I cannot finish a bowl by myself in one go ! So I make a burrito out of the half of rice bowl and eat the other half of the bowl later on after keeping in fridge ! Chipotle used to be good. But after the pandemic their service has only gotten worse and the food hasn't gotten better. They have increased the prices yet I see them being cheap with the portions. Is it still a place to get some decent food fast? Decent food when you don't feel like cooking, yes. But I can cook at home faster. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Did a mobile order and found my burrito bowl was only 2/3 full. I held the beans and rice so there should have at least been enough lettuce to fill it to the top but they apparently didn't think that was necessary. Disappointing. Consistently bad service. Reliably bad portions. And it seems like management either doesn’t exist, is too busy with other things, or isn’t aware. Asked for steak and rice, and this was my portion. Embarrassing, compared to some of the quality Chipotles like Lynwood, Totem Lake, and Aurora near Lake City.

This is THE worst Chipotle restaurant ever! They don’t use the mobile order shelf in the restaurant. They hide all the mobile orders behind the counter. There would be a line of customers waiting to pick up their mobile orders, but this Latino women cashier would not acknowledge the mobiles orders. She made all of us wait 15mins to actually hand over the mobile orders, and that’s after us complaining. She would undoubtedly make us wait 30mins if she could. And, when we opened a chicken bowl mobile order, it was the least amount we have received from any Chipotle. We dine at Chipotle on a weekly basis. This Chipotle should be audited by HQ.
