THE MOST DISGUSTING CHIPOTLE I’VE BEEN TO!! I usually do not post negative reviews but my recent multiple experiences have been extremely terrible. Slow un-interested servers, rude behavior, always missing ingredients even during off-peak hours and most importantly… UNCLEAN counterspace!! I literally saw them sliding a bowl over spilled sour cream! I hope Chipotle takes notice of this and hire competent staff like they do at other locations. Got way overcharged at this location for the same exact meal I get at every other location. Tables were dirty and had marks and food on them, couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. Never come to this location… Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming to this location for years and never experienced the disrespect I received tonight at 6:03 PM. The lady who was working on the line was very disrespectful to me, the lady in front of me, and the couple behind me. When each one of us was placing our orders she was giving everyone attitude, I simply asked “ To make my own bowl, and add brown rice, black beans and chicken”, she laughed with attitude and said “Make your own bowl what’s that?”, I then stated “instead of the pre-made bowls making my own”. Continued giving me attitude with her tone and the way she was serving my food, slamming everything, and judging every thing I was ordering making me extremely uncomfortable to the point the couple behind me spoke up and even the lady in front of me spoke up and defended me. I was offended because I am ordering what I like and that money is going towards this business do not judge what I order, especially if you're there to do your job we all have tough days but to be inappropriate to the people who are ordering from your business is crazy. I am calling tomorrow morning to speak with the manager because this made me very upset and disappointed. Again this was at 6:03 PM and it was a lady working the line being very very rude to all the customers not just me, I would love very much for someone to reach out to me. Walked in 9:15pm and they flipping chairs up onto tables. Asked woman if they closing early she said no. Food prep people were pulling the food ingredient buckets away from prep area. So I asked lady flipping chairs again if they aren’t closing, why are they pulling food away ? She said, Pre cleaning. Finally someone looked up at me and said online orders only (which he loved repeating over and over). Said either wait 30 minutes, or go somewhere else, or place online order. Guy behind me also got agitated that nobody was willing to take our order verbally. Not like they had a kiosk to enter an order there. Only option was to place online order. What kind of walk-in restaurant is this ?? The guy claimed to be the manager and this is how they operate every night. I left pretty annoyed without food. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location in Framingham has consistently messed up my orders. Will never eat here again. Other locations have been fine. At one point they even added hot sauce to a bowl which wasn’t requested causing my partner to waste the entire meal. Wrong meat, missing ingredients, rude staff. You are most likely here reading reviews AFTER a bad experience with this Chipotle. As am I. I’ve never read reviews for a chipotle before ordering. I imagine most people don’t since it’s supposed to be such a straight forward experience. After reading them and seeing how my experience was EXACTLY the same as others gives me the impression that this location is suffering. Bad reviews are sometimes unwarranted but in this case absolutely deserved. I don’t mind a place being out of an item- I mind being CHARGED as if the item was included. You’d think they’d discount the item. But they do not. I’ve had this same exact order from other Chipotles and it is spectacular. This sad looking order came with no fajita veggies unless you count 2-3 slices of onion. And barely any brisket. I’ve not needed to order double brisket before. Ever. Ive also not ever been charged full price for an order that isn’t complete. The owners of this place should be on Restaurant Impossible.

Not usually one to leave a review but this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Delivery estimate got delayed 3 times because they were still preparing the food and once we finally got our food 45 minutes after the original delivery estimate we didn’t receive complete orders. Brisket and chicken was totally dried out. Seemed like the store was out of grilled veggies, sour cream and black beans, but no substitutions were provided, leaving us with very pathetic looking dishes.
