This chick right here is the part of the reason why the world is so cold. I have used the bathroom multiple times at other locations without having to purchase anything. She proceeds to tell me I have to buy something (news alert I was going to). I told her I’m buying something but the line is long. She said I have to wait through that line. No empathy or compassion nothing just treated like a potty trained or a dog. This is not how you treat another human being. But that’s just me. I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location and would not recommend it to anyone. I visited this location on January 5th, 2024, at around 9 PM and was informed that they only accepted online orders. However, when I received my bowl, I realized that half of the ingredients I had ordered were missing, and the food was too salty. I have been a fan of Chipotle for many years, but this experience was beyond disappointing. #ChipotleIsntLifeAnymore #MyThirteenthReason

I placed a delivery order and my complete order was wrong and missing items. I asked for fajita veggies on both my burrito and quesadilla I didn’t get them. My quesadilla was full of cheese and a few pieces of meat. I was basically a cheese quesadilla. I never received my 2 orders of chips and corn salsa. My kids meal was missing the fruit cup and juice box. I will never be ordering from this chipotle again. I contacted pepper and only was offered a kids meal and chips and guacamole. Our experience with the veggie platters at Chipotle Mexican Grill was less than satisfactory. Not only did the order lack the expected variety, but the undercooked rice further detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I’m only giving this place 2 stars because the people who prepped my food and rang me up were nice . However the food was trash. I had the same order from the Baltimore Ave location on Friday and it was great. Everything was fresh and importantly the meat was juicy and tender! Idk wasup with this location but the chicken and carne asada are extremely dry which completely ruined my meal. I was here a few months ago and had the same issue with the chicken. I definitely won’t be back. Plus the dining room was a mess. They had more than enough people to sweep up and wipe down the tables. Went yesterday because I was craving it. Should have left the food on the line. The meat was old, and the guy working there who has to be new barely wanted to put any meat in my bowl so I asked for more which was a total waste because I couldn’t even eat it. Asked for veggies he barely grabbed any simply Because it wasn’t much on the bar and he didn’t feel like refilling it. Should have indicated to me that it wasn’t fresh. The line grew longer and longer because not only was I not being served a good portion but others weren’t either so everyone would ask “could you put a little more” then have the nerve to wanna charge extra. The bowls he was preparing were extremely light and he know it. Got home to actually eat my food found out it was tasteless i picked over it simply because im pregnant and had not eaten at all but was unable to enjoy it I literally threw it in the garbage. Please get some other employees in there. I will never visit this location again….. i was upset but I reached out to chipotle office and got my meal reimbursed so I will try again else where

Pleasantly SURPRISED based on the reviews. Greeted with a HELLO white the chicken was being FRESHLY prepared . LINE to the DOOR but the employees were QUICK and EFFICIENT. Ordered the TACOS and each ingredient was FRESH! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR. DEFINITELY returning! By the way, the FOOD was GREAT! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Just find a different location the workers here don’t enjoy their job so they take it out the customers.
