Please learn to read what's ordered. You had no guests in store at the time and you still managed to mess up an easy order. Ordered a burrito, got a bowl. Used my guac rewards, got no guac. This isn't the first time either. Edit - 1 minute after review and into attemping to consume this bowl...there's no green chili salsa in it. Just close the place down. I will drive the extra distance for Q'doba from now on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never taken the time to complain about a bad experience but this one deserves a review. Last night's experience with customer service was exceptionally disappointing. There was a sign on the doors that said they were only taking online orders at this time. We proceeded to complete our order online, when we pulled up to the drive thru window, we encountered employees engaged in inappropriate behavior – swearing and loudly playing explicit rap music. When we got home we realized that we received the wrong order. I drove back to the location with the order and my receipt and told them about the mistake. The employee nonchalantly told me this was the correct order, and that since I made the order online this was the best they could do because they were out of items. In total the bowl was missing 5 toppings, had the wrong protein, and the wrong type of rice. I couldn’t tell if it was the unseasoned food with rock-hard rice or the fact that I felt cheated and somehow at fault for making the order online that left the bad taste in my mouth. Regardless, save your money or maybe try Pancheros down the street. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Update 4/2022: FOOD: Honestly, some days the food is just bland. Tastes like nothing. I mean Chipotle is not THE most flavorful food, but you'll know when it tastes like nothing. First world problems...lol. ORDERING: The online ordering is down like every other day. When it's down, you can see the line forming quickly inside. Not really sure why the ordering system is so bad here. Especially when the other location, a couple miles away ONLY does online ordering with no issues. So it can't be the system itself, right?, unless upper management is that lazy to fix the system's underlying problems. Note, this may not be the problem, just thinking out loud. Update 10/2021: Of course I had to try the brisket!! I find that going into the building is a lot better. In person, the food was good and the service was good. I have gone in like 5 times for the brisket and have not been disappointed yet. Keep it up! NEVER go here. This was always my go to place, it's literally minutes from my house. Everytime I order online for pickup/delivery here, there is always something wrong. For example: I pay for double meat, I get regular meat (verified with another bowl). I pay for a chicken bowl, I get a veggie bowl. I buy a barbacoa bowl, the barbacoa is ice cold! I just bought a bowl again today, it was drenched in liquids, soggy, just...no. This has to be the worse Chipotle in the Twin Cities. The service is terrible and the employees don’t keep the store open. On 12/31/23, I got to the restaurant around 6:15 pm to grab some dinner before going to work, but the door was locked. The sign on the door said they closed at 8 pm for NYE. Also, there was no sign on the door staying there were only doing online orders. This is not the first time the employees will lock the door. Do yourself a favor and visit the Chipotle over on Jolly lane or in Crystal. I will never visit this Chipotle again.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just when I thought I couldn't possibly have a worse Chipotle experience this location proved me wrong. I could tell by the atmosphere, the rap music, body language and facial expressions that rude and poor customer service was coming my way. To the gentleman with the hand tattoos behind the counter dishing out the toppings, you know who you are. First of all you don't listen, I said just a little hot sauce please then you proceed to pour on a huge scoop. Second I'm not sure what the tough guy posturing, and chip on your shoulder was all about..seemed very unwarranted. Did my presence intimidate or something? Seems to me youre a deeply insecure person with a fragile ego. Really odd especially when I was cordial and polite when ordering. On top of that he hastily "slammed" on the toppings and the side of queso onto the counter, again not really sure what that was all about. The place was a dump with a layer of slime and grim on everything, and the chips were stale. This place should really be shut down or completely revamped with new management and better employees. Horrible, I went to the store last night after work, there was a sign in the door saying online orders only. So I ordered 2 meals online and had to go through the drive thru because the doors where locked and once I got home, half of my husbands stuff was in my burrito and he barley had anything in his. $31 and want money back but no answers the phone and this pepper bot keeps saying I can get a free burrito and a free drink. I don’t want that. I want money back for a messed up order that I didn’t even eat half of. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Its hit or miss with the quality of food here. One thing that stands out to me is the costumer service and the atmosphere. When i walk in with my kids and hear loud music with vulgar language. I hope this changes or make it an adults only restaurant. The customer service is not the greatest. Sometimes you will have a good experience, sometimes you're just hungry and tolerate the rudeness. Its been like this for awhile now. Hoping things improve soon. We really enjoy Chipotle, just not this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the worse experience ever. They were playing loud inappropriate music and were very unprofessional. There were 3 boys closing tonight. They put out a sign to do online orders only which didn’t make any sense. They still did our orders wrong. They put the wrong meat. And didn’t cook the rice right either. The rice was still hard. Worst chipotle in the area. It’s never open inside and always has an “online only” sign on the door. Always out of food and they don’t cook past 7 so if you do actually get food from them a little later they won’t have it or be cooking more to replenish stock. If you order online they will fill it with random stuff if they don’t have what you want. When it opened I used to get food from there all of the time but after a few years it’s become terrible. We went to this chipotle because it was near our sister school and the place was empty except for the staff so that was nice and it was around 3:00 usually lunch time so we were surprised the guys at the front asked us the regular questions and gave amazing portions without have to ask it was a pleasant surprise one thing i didn’t like was when the guy doing the topping was saying my toppings aloud like for example i asked for the tomato’s and he gave them to me but i love tomatoes and i said could i have a bit more tomatoes and he said it eerily loud but not at the same time also same thing with the sour cream I don’t know just rubbed me the wrong way i suppose but everything else was amazing!!🍚🌯 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
