They need to remove The Word Mexican food from the Name. It's just American food posing as Mexican food. Nothing is Traditional Mexican cuisine. Will never eat here again. Service is horrible. I asked for a steak burrito and they gave me carnitas. When I told em they added the steak on top of carnitas and chege me doubke meat I said if they can make me a new one I was told "why would u waste a good burrito " I just did not want to argue so I paid told em they need to work on the customer service and left . I don't eat at Chipotle all that often, but when I do, I like to treat myself to their chips and queso. Today, I went in, got my burrito bowl, chips and queso, and drink. My total was over $18. I wasn't expecting it to be that much, but I paid it anyway. After I left, I looked at my receipt and saw that the chips and queso were $4.50!!! My burrito bowl was only $9, so why the hell are chips and queso $4.50?! So, on my way home, I decided to pull out my bag of chips to munch on to find the bag practically empty! I ended up not eating any because I was just annoyed by that point. When I got home and finally ate, I didn't even have enough chips to eat all of my TINY container of queso.
