DO NOT COME HERE, Chipotle is not what it once was. Me and my family ordered burrito bowls and not one bowl was filled all the way. When we opened our food at home we saw that some bowls were barely even half-filled and the food that was filling them was subpar. The lettuce among other things was old, brown, and soggy. I had almost no sour cream and in general felt scammed especially when I am paying their new, extreme prices. First the made my order wrong that I had placed via chipotle app and picked up with chipotlane. Called and spoke to manager who stated they would replace my order. Came today for replacement, had to wait a bit so the employees could verify I was told my order could be replaced...came home to eat and recieved a WHOLE Avocado in my guacamole. This restaurant needs to do better

Worst place ever. Customer service SUCKS everyone is so rude my mom went to pick up my order as i was stuck at work i put on my order the drink i want and she had to call me because they can’t read. The food is always DRY AND TASTE OLD. I asked and PAID FOR EXTRA sour cream and veggies it was not given to me. They don’t care about god quality food or service. Every-time I go to this Chipotle they never do their job correctly. They never wrap my burrito correctly, they always do it sloppy and I watch it fall apart and they proceed to wrap it in the foil and and look at me as if I hadn't just watched them mess it up. I don’t know how this place is getting a 3.1 star rating! This location has consistently been for some reason the absolute best chipotle we have had. Portions are decent but the flavor is just on another level compared to other locations. Saying this having eaten at dozens of locations across the country for years. My wife and I came to same conclusion this one just tastes the best! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
