The staff ignored me standing there for 5 minutes all 4 employees and continued to just clean things extremely slowly. Finally came over to take my order and tells me they don’t have steak when in reality they don’t want to make it. When a customer is waiting you should try and have more of an urgency or even a simple hello would have been nice while I was waiting instead of acting like I wasn’t there. Awful customer service! I ordered a salad bowl and was very unhappy. The lettuce was so cold/frozen a little that I couldn't enjoy my food. I took the food back inside to inform them that my food was cold. The young lady spoke with the manager and came back to tell me I couldn't get a refund which was fine because I just wanted my food to be made right. No apology was given which is very unprofessional and a lack of managerial skills. I got back to my car to eat my food and it was still cold. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The counter had food and sauce all over it and they were just dragging the bowls and burritos right through it. That's nasty. I won't be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
