Very clean when I walked in side, the staff looked as if they was enjoying themselves at work. The food was fresh and the portion size is a very good amount for the price. The only small bad part I would say would be the turn right after the light to get to the parking lot but you also can go down a little further to turn in and still be able to get to this location. I hate their food because they have onion and everything even the guac and corn. I also have onions in them. Why can’t they keep it separate. After you eat their food, you will be smelling like yucky. If you ever ask the salad dressing, that employees will give you a look like you asked for a diamond or gold. Restaurants are always horrible. It’s not a place where you can sit and eat and enjoy your meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolute worst experience I have encountered to date. I ordered a burrito bowl took two bites and on the third bite i looked in my fork and what do you know a half smoked Black and mild. Went back to speak with the manager and was told they cant give me a refund but will make me another bowl. I have no words to describe the negligence this store displayed. safe to say I will not be back. I have notified the Gastonia health department and also tried to call corporate but no response from them. I am livid, have not been able to eat all day feeling very nauseous. would not recommend to anyone.

Not bad, but its okay. It isn't anything phenomenal but its good enough. Our queso looked a bit burnt this time, maybe it was sitting in the heat well too long. But overall not bad food, just not major quality either. The portion sizes were great and all of my sides and sauces were in the bag. Chips are good.. The guys who made my food were absolutely lovely however the white lady at register was extremely rude. She just threw everything in the bag & shoved the bag over to us aggressively. She had a very nasty attitude. I got extra sour cream & she interrupted me speaking to the guy to tell me i’ll be charged for it which i didn’t care about but has never happened at this location & i get extra sc every time i come here. She also grabbed the cup by the rim putting her dirty hands in it, I think she is management so that behavior is disappointing. I am a weekly regular and had ordered my food. I was doing an online order for some other people while I was dining in. I choose the 12:40pm time slot as I wanted to run errands and come back and pick it up. I submitted my online order around noon. As I was getting ready to leave, I got a notification that my order was ready. It was 12:15pm. I went up and asked why my order was 25 min early. The manager (same lady another person complained about in the review section) started raising her voice at me and saying " this is what corporate tells us to do". She never answered my question. She only said when they come in on the screen they make them regardless of time the pick up is. As she was arguing with me, the line person started giving her two cents, and yelling at me. Very rude, and poor attitudes at this place. I see now why so many employees complain about management at this location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I gave this location's score according to what the Survey ask, Food, Service & atmosphere. Compared to other Chipotle stories I have visited. Food 3* was okay because I could not customize my order the way I like at other stores. This location is "online" only. I did not know until I got there, very inconvenient. I was not the only customer surprised. As I waited for my order, I told other surprised customers "online" only. Service 1* because I was not served at this location "online" only. Atmosphere 1* because almost all the tables were dirty. Customers that ate in wiped down their own tables with "Napkins". Food was okie. We had a chicken rice bowl. Staff was good. We dined in and noticed how dirty the store was. I had to wipe down my own seating spot twice. Table as well. Floors were trashed was the parking lot and front patio. Rr didn't have tp. It stank like no1 has even bothered to spray something to mask the pee smell. Nope, won't be back to eat in filth.

Restaurant was dirty as soon as we walked in to order. Every single table had left over food on it and none of the staff were out in the floor cleaning. Luckily I had wet wipes in my purse so I could wipe down my table. I won’t be eating here again. Makes me wonder how they are handling food in a dirty restaurant. The employee that prepared our food stated they didn't have anymore brown rice, but when she ran out of white rice she went in the back, and brought out more brown rice! The employee also needed to have properly dressed for work. Her shirt was too small, and her pants were saggy.
