A number of visitors mark that the staff is energetic at this fast food. People mention that the service is cool here. A lot of reviewers think that prices are adequate for what you receive. The exotic atmosphere has been noted by the clients. But google users haven't given Chipotle a high rating.

Sadly this location is pretty hit or miss. Normally I’ll go in and order “to go” because 99% of the time all the tables are dirty and the garbages are overflowing. Ordered my usual burrito tonight just for it to be the complete opposite of what I ordered. On top of that, the rice was pretty hard and not cooked all the way and this wasn’t the first time. It may be worth the extra 10 minute drive to the Brick location instead. Staff is mostly friendly except for an older gentleman that has no customer service personality at the register whatsoever. Just ordered a bowl with guac on top, a side of guac and queso for pick up. Guacamole was black and oxidized. Not just across the top but throughout. This does not happen overnight. This guacamole was sour and bad. A little oxidation across the top is normal but this Guacamole was black. It also completely ruined my bowl as it was dolloped on there as well. The queso was ice cold and unpalatable. At these prices I expect better. Maybe this location has just given up. Seems that way from the reviews. Will not return. Will be telling everyone. I went in today to get a burrito and the place was EXTREMELY dirty. Without being dramatic, if inspection were to come in and see how gross the place was, food all over the counters where the meals are being prepared. I have allergies and honestly the food was in all different containers, steak with chicken, cheese in the guac. It was just a mess. I used to go to thid chipotle all the time because its 4 mins from my house, but honestly this was enough to make me not want my burrito once I got home. Chipotle should be ashamed they have a restaurant that looks like this one. Undercover boss is needed😂 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went in to grab dinner on Sunday evening around 6pm, it was a grab and go. We got a bowl, the server put hardly anything in the bowl, I was so shocked!! I usually get a decent amount of food when I go there, but I'm never going back now. We had a work order of 11 bowls $266 worth of food. Maybe 3 bowls came back correct. I had to go back in store to fix all the incorrect items. Also to add the GENERAL MANAGER was the one who made the official bowls. After receiving our fixed bowls HAIR WAS IN THE SOUR CREAM. I appreciated the manager who did fix our meals but to have it be so botched on the first order, went in person to get the fixed orders to finding hair in our food was ridiculous. We weren't refunded (because I did go in the fix what the GM did wrong) after finding the hair it was a COMPLETE TURN OFF. I had a video but I'll post the picture. THIS ORDER WAS FROM THE DENTISTRY FOR CHILDREN IN TR. it'll be great to get some form credit back for even dealing with this TWICE Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

is is my 2nd review of a chipotle location . Food is wonderful but inside, this is the worst I’ve seen. Last time I commented on a chipotle location they were suppose to get back to me . Still waiting . Suggestion , get a manager over 21, pay them $50 an hour if necessary. Have someone constantly cleaning the area. It will increase your sales dramatically. Take a look at these photos from the Tom’s River hooper location . My direct number is available upon request. Once again not holding my breath . Saturday night and the team seems to be having too much fun. Customer service was very poor. It seemed like the customer didn’t matter. You got employees having a conversation/playing games while helping customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in around 9:40 and was welcomed to an employee screaming walking to the back kitchen from what seemed like us coming in before closing. Place was not closed and had food still out. If thats how people are welcomed at this location i will never be coming here again...But hats off to the amazing employee who didn't just look at us and scream cause we came close to closing. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. Definitely will never be returning to another chipotle in my life. I’ve had issues with chipotle over the years, have given them many chances after hearing all the rumors of salmonella and ecoli poisoning. Over the times I’ve ordered from here, usually always this location the chicken is sceevy and chewy. And the steak is even worse. Only went there today because I had a gift card and figured I would give another chance because I haven’t been there in so long and maybe things have improved. Decided to not go with either the chicken or the steak because of how gross they’ve been. So I figured I would try something new because how could it get any worse then the chicken and the steak. I was mistakenly wrong. What I found in my Barbacoa burrito will haunt me for the rest of my life. I tried calling this location and a recording proceeds to say nobody can speak to me over the phone when I try to say I would like to report an issue the computer operator tries to take my order. This mantra keeps going on which I believe is not a coincidence. There may be more of these pieces in my burrito, but I honestly don’t want to find out. The best part about my experience was when I had gotten up to the register to pay I couldn’t find the gift card in my wallet so $25 dollars for everything seen in picture and all is going in the garbage. Please proceed with caution especially when ordering from this specific location. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this who knows where this “meat” is coming from. Food on par as usual but the place is a total wreck. I swear they NEVER have clean tables here. Pretty gross. And the place is mostly empty, they have a bu ch of people standing behind the counter they can easily have someone clean the tables! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
