I placed an order through the website which was convenient, and easy to do. Originally I had tried to do an automated phone order, but I couldn’t get by the protein option because it didn’t recognize me saying sofritas. I tried about 5 times and even hung up and tried again, but still I couldn’t get through. I ordered a burrito that was most delicious. It was ready in the amount of time estimated, which was 15-20 minutes. I walked up to the counter, asked for my order, and left. It was a quick and easy process. On separate occasions the lady at the front has tried to charge me for double meat whenever she feels like the worker gave me too much meat. It’s not my fault the worker felt generous. Veggie bowl with just rice Pinto beans and cheese was spicy this time. Not sure what they oversized the beans with but even my hubby said so. he likes spicy so he was ok with it.
