I try not to make complaints but this is ridiculous. The portion sizes here are super small for the amount you pay. And the kicker is I was told a side of meat would be 3.25 but I was charged $6.00 for a half a cup if meat lol. Yeah was tried of waiting and just rushed to swip my card and didnt even notice. I got to th car and read the receipt and was like what??? I went back in and they told me I got the carne asada steak which I knew was new but didn't realize it was more money than what the person that put it in the cup told me. I would have never paid $6.00 (the price of almost another bowl for a half filled up cup of steak. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food is decent. Staff was rude. On the kids plate, my son asked for double chips as his two sides. He was told he was only allowed to get one side of chips. And there were maybe five in the bag. Lol. We ended up ordering a large chips and salsa which is laughable to be called large. The salsa was maybe 2 tablespoons, and when my husband asked if they could, please fill the cup all the way up since it was so small he got rude looks. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. Came here on a Thursday afternoon and it was not too busy, thankfully. Food was great and tasted fresh. I ordered a bowl and got barbacoa. Got a decent amount of ingredients and the staff was very friendly towards everyone, including myslef. I was pleased with my experience and plan to eat there again if I am ever in the area. I did notice it started picking up when I was leaving which was 3:30pm- 4pm.

love you sm chipotle you have to be my fav but come on whole order messed up!!!!!! waited 10 minutes after my pick up time to get home to a whole different meal. At first thought i messed up but checked the name and what i ordered!!!! i just don't get how this happens. also the one on southlake blvd has one of the meanest workers ever. Her co worker said she liked my out fit and THIS LADY YELLED AT HER TO DO SMTH IMPORTANT BEFORE I COULD ANSWER. also this lady another time told me to hurry up ordering and asked me to pay for someone when there card declined 😭 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I have come here consistently for over a decade and I can say without hesitation that there is something different about this franchise. The food is always better and fresher, the staff is always quick and friendly, and it's always clean. It never disappoints. I would recommend this location. I stopped here with my family members to get a quick fix. We ordered inside and picked up the food inside as well. The personnel were friendly and professional. The serving line was clean and efficiently staged for the best service. We ordered chicken and beef items from the menu. We paid with the store app and received our food. There were empty tables on the side of the restaurant so we decided to eat outside since the sun was out and we were wearing coats. All of the outside tables were clean and the trash cans were not full inside nor outside where we ate. Jan2021

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and it’s the best one around. The team members know me by now and are always so gracious for getting me plain brown rice due to my aversion to cilantro. They even went as far as giving me corn with no cilantro. I truly appreciate them and wanted to give them a shout out.

I guess it's more important to scrub down the rice cooker in closing preparation, than to get a customer's order ready on time.. I was told that the order would be made as soon as another employee was done cleaning said cooker. Also have to wonder how sanitary that scotch bright was he was scrubbing away with. Just sorry I had to abandon the order. Things like that never happened at Grapevine Mills location where all the order seemed to be done on time. Where customers and delivery services are also a #1priority. Service: 1
