I ordered online and picked up in the pickup lane and was given the worst bowl I’ve ever seen. Half full and missing half of my order in it. Tried to speak with customer service and only got a bot saying they’d “pass of the feedback.” Called the store multiple times with no answer or VM option. The bot eventually gave us a free soda and side of Guac to “make up for it.” If you do go here, go inside and make sure they get your order correct. This is the worst chipotle I’ve gone to. We’ve given this location so many chances and we’re done paying for bowls that look like this. My macro bowl, that’s not pictured, is supposed to have “extra romaine” and I had the same few, pathetic strips of romaine that my husband got on his. We’re sick of paying full price for a third of what we’re actually supposed to be getting. They always have new employees every time we go in and they’re always out of a ton of the ingredients. We were hoping it was just a rough start when they first opened, but it seems there’s no sign of improvement. We’re not usually ones to complain, but we’re hoping by sharing our experience, maybe improvements will be made. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

My son was not feeling well so I offered to pick up dinner. He ordered on line and all I wanted was a basic quesadilla; he ordered a burrito. Long story short, the order was not ready due to a system failure so they made it “fresh” while I waited. The chicken was beyond burnt and dry. Both our items tasted horrible. I still have the foul taste in my mouth. I have encouraged him to get a refund. These two items and a Coca Cola were over $30!!!!

This is the second time in two weeks that I have ordered from here. The first was a chicken lifestyle bowl and today was a sofrita salad with extra veggies. The bowl was so salty, I couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. Tonight for the salad, not only was it salty, it was quite spicy that once again, I could only eat approximately 1/2 of it. Very slow service. Counter person would not allow my 13 year old daughter to use the restroom. The employees appeared to be more interested in milling about and chatting with their friends in the dining area rather than servicing the growing line. Despite it being 5:30 in the afternoon on a weekend, the make table was very sparsely stocked, and they ran out of black beans and chicken. While I've been a long time supporter of Chipotle in Spokane, I can't say I'll be returning to the Sullivan store soon. Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Burrito Bowl

We have had horrible experiences with this location. My family is vegetarian and always get the soffritas but the last couple of times that we visited the restaurant we waited in line for approximately 20 minutes just to find out that they were out of stock on soffritas. No sorry. No apology. There is no way to call the store and talk to employees to inquire about items that are in stock. Finally after months of boycotting this location we decide to try again. I tried to use the bathroom when we first got there and 1 was in use and the other Out Of Service. They had soffritas this time so we decide to get food. The staff seemed untrained and gave a lot smaller portions then we were used to. I then went to get a drink and all of the teas were empty. I told an employee and he made just the one kind that I wanted while another employee just stood there doing nothing. I then realized that almost all of the utensils and straws were gone and all of the garbage cans were over flowing. The whole establishment was a mess! Not sure what is going on at this location and why it is so much worse then all of the others locations that we have visited but we will not be returning again. Honestly disappointed and dissatisfied… our promised pick up time was 8:30 and we didn’t get our food till a bit after that. My bowl was supposed to have lettuce and I had none. we waited at the window to get the correction and the girl looked at us and just ignored us… she finally came to the window and said that they were out of lettuce and whined about being short staffed… I get it, I truly do. In my opinion sitting there for 20 seconds complaining about being short staffed in not professional. won’t be returning as this is not our first negative encounter with this location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve had some great meals here and I’ve had some I wasn’t too pleased with. There’s just too much turnover in employees for it to be consistent. Chipotle is already more expensive than most of their competitors and If I pay the outrageous $6 or so for an extra portion of meat, the burrito should have some extra meat. My burrito today was mostly just rice and was $19. Every sit down Mexican joint around is better than chipotle and I end up paying less for a better experience. We placed an order online and went to pick it up at 7pm, we got there and there were two cars in front of us and the store parking lot wasn't full and we waited about 10 minutes before we got to the window. We got to the window and they were basically just starting our order at 7:10pm when it was due to be completed at 7pm. We waited another 10 minutes and before 730 got our order and the woman said they were out of Chips as she handed it to us. We ordered two chips and salsa on top of two burritos, not a huge order while the store wasnt too busy. We asked if we could get anything for the wait and because we were missing $6 of our food and she came back with "Call 1800Chipotle for a refund" and closed the window. We were perplexed as our last experience was great. I hope to get a refund plus some. It was a long waste of time.
