I love this place but when I went with my dad today, the staff wasn’t working they were just walking around and talking. I think I only saw one person working, the one person working was doing everything. The drink place was dirty and disgusting. But everything else was fine. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The price we paid was not worth it. 50 to 75 percent of the games weren't working. We spent the majority of our 60 minutes of play time walking around scanning machines that took our scan but didn't do anything else. Told management and she gave a bunch of tokens for the machine that takes coins however nothing got fixed. Will not be back to this location as it feels like we just threw away our money. Recently had my daughter’s birthday party there. Zero guidance when you first walk in. Not even a hello. I realize these kids that work there are just trying to make a paycheck, but fake it just a little bit at least. Our party host seemed lost. He literally asked me who the birthday girl was while standing in front of the sign on the table…with the birthday girls name on it. The reservation had 12 adults listed and only the kids got something to drink out of. I had to pay extra for cardboard cups so the adults didn’t have drink punch out of their hands. I paid for a birthday party for my daughter (which is NOT cheap) & i had to keep going to look for my hostess. She brought pizzas out but never told us when the kids could start eating! Then she brings ice cream out & still no pizza has been eaten! By this time we only have about 45min left of party time! I had to rush & gather all the kids & serve them myself & fill my drink pitchers myself as well! Thankfully i had my sisters & best friend to help me serve 22 kids, but i will NOT have another party there & pay $600 for it! As always it was Great. We had my son's birthday 6th bday there and we enjoyed the atmosphere but the birthday party it's self was not worth doing. We could have just showed up with our party stuff an did it ourselves and it would have been the same but saving a tin Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!! For 3 45 minute cards $ 72 bucks, WHAT? And some of the games needed repair, not working properly. The toys for tokens used to be so much better but even those were cheap and kids didn't want them. Not returning any time soon Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food was ok at best. The stage was off. So you didn't even get the full experience. It was the first time I brought my daughter here. Not sure if we'll be back. Kids enjoyed themselves, just wish the party host was more involved and what’s going on with the ticket blaster, all the tickets was worn down and torn up. Great prizes and pizza was good. Also please turn up the music when Chuck E is signing, the mic and music was very low. Chuck e cheese is a nice place to take your kids. Accept their employees at this location. Seem to think it's a joke. And don't really give a hoot about your safety or the safety of your children. I had several employees that stands at the gate Stamping your hands with their invisible ink. Who laughed and said sometimes they intentionally don't even change the numbers from one family to another. And sometimes they forget. Other times they forget what numbers they had already used. So use the same numbers for other families. And they don't even care about if a kid leaves with a wrong person It's their parents responsibility to make sure that doesn't happen, not theirs. They're motto if you watch television. Says that all families that come together leaves together and stays together. Well, not so at this location. They seem to think it's a joke. And it's laughable as heck to the point where they'll stand there and pee their self Because all they're doing this for is a paycheck. They don't care about the safety of your child, so parents be aware. And as for you, chuck e cheese Just wait until the day you get a lawsuit. Slapped on your employees don't give a hoot about what happens to people's kids. Despite your motto being all families that come together live together. Took my girls for a friend's birthday. K We haven't been in awhile. Brought some old tokens with us but they don't use them anymore. It's all electronic now. As far as I could tell, kids get a bracelet or a card and you buy time. They play unlimited games for the time allotted. Prices for food seem a bit high. The salad bar was $13!
