This restaurant was highly recommended by people I talked to around the city. The reason for the 4 stars for service is it took almost an hour to get our food after we ordered and the appetizer came with our food. If the server had communicated a reason for the delay, it would not have been so bad. Overall, the experience was great and I enjoyed the shrimp and chorizo fettuccine. Went here for a gathering with co workers and was blown away. There's a large variety of menu items, maybe too much variety. The food was absolutely wonderful. However, getting a seat here is an absolute nightmare. My co workers and I waited for nearly an hour. I tried to go back a second time for a date with my wife and was told it was a 2 hour wait. We don't come here very often because it is expensive. 100 bucks for 2 people. That beings said, it is well worth it. Our waitress was training and she seemed like a natural. Did not need any help from her trainer. We the uptown shrimp which is amazing. We got the hot honey pizza and the Destin sushi. All really good. One of the bathroom stalls was filthy and I let them know and it was cleaned immediately. I came here for my birthday dinner- Ashlynn served us, and Claire was training. BEST service I’ve ever had at a restaurant, period. The food was spectacular, as was the wine. I went for a birthday dinner. There was only 2 of us, but it was simply phenomenal. Our server Ashlynn and her trainee Claire gave some of the best service I’ve ever had in town. We had a great bottle of wine that was recommended by our server. To start we had the kimchi brussels, miso soup, and seaweed salad and couldn’t have been happier with it all. My friend got the surf and turf roll, I got the TNT roll and there wasn’t a scrap left. Overall just a perfect experience.
