They always are the slowest compared with other fast food, need more speed because are other competitor in the area. Success isn't always great flavor, but also service, attention, a smile, and the name *fast* means that, fast - food. Hope administration cand work with it after 2 decades eating there... regards!!! The service car waiting time is incredible 2 hour in 5 cars.

Horrible experience. Line was long and the employees tell you they don’t care to work. Might as well fire the entire staff and start again with people who want to work. Worst service in all of Puerto Rico!

The parent company owns both this chain and Popeyes. The selection and flavor is different. There is a much better chance to have great flavor at that other chicken restaurant. You don't want to go back here after trying real Cajun chicken.

The management of this place does not know the term of fast food. Always take a long time for the delivery of food and often arrive at your home with only a few things that you asked for and paid for them.

Flavorless food. Pechupop contianer wasn't full and gravy on mash potato was bland. Boyfriend ordered the Pancho Sandwich and the chicken tasted odd. Worst Church's chicken experience we've ever had.

Service was good but but chicken was greasy no taste dosent sit right in my stomach on the other hand POPEYES I dont have that problem and burst with flavor back in the days Church's Chicken was the best but no more
