Started off great but quickly went downhill. The customer service is very poor with the exception of one cashier who is always very pleasant unfortunately I can't recall her name(hopefully you get her to deal with when you visit) My most recent visit sealed the decision to never go to this particular branch again as I was placing my order and requested coleslaw with my meal this particular cashier took my entire order and when the coleslaw was questioned AFTER I paid proceeds to now tell me that there isn't any with an attitude as if I'm bothering her. So I had visited airport chicken and churches, firstly this people didn’t had chicken rice bowl, and then omg a woman in their counter duped me for $20…. Actually the woman was about to dupe me for $60…. So I had US dollar with me… and the over-smart woman in the counter duped me for $20…… Such a horrible service this people have, even the sitting arrangements is so shabby, I travelled whole USA and Europe and nobody tried to dupe me……. But omg here from day 1st only I didn’t had any positive vibes…. Top of that this people do fraud with foreigners ………. Seriously if it was local market It was still understandable But being a brand, doing such thing is utter shameful ant pathetic…… The women over the counter is duping foreigners who visit their airport outlet …… Kindly don’t visit this pathetic outlet in airport, If your luck is bad you too can get duped One word pathetic and robbers Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm sorry to say I am very disappointed. The pic's I posted is at the Piarco branch. The Restaurant was very dirty, floors and tables. The Restaurant even had flies all over. Could even sit down to eat properly. The Security, who apparently was on lunch had to clean up the counter by the condiments when she came back. I even saw one of the cooks handling the Chicken with her bare hand's. Some of the other staff was very loud and obnoxious with their personal conversation's. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Love their fast food, I always use the drive through though but decided to try the dining area. The condiments area needs a revamp! The flies wasn't nice, I guess as the door was constantly opening & closing but still....need to do a little better where dining is concerned & safety for your customers. Ordered a Mexicana sandwich just to try it. Its the biggest looking sandwich on the menu board promoted as having lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions and nachos. Sounds great right? The drive-through server confirmed Mexicana and we were billed for a Mexicana combo, so its not a communication error. What I got was a kfc cruncher with just lettuce and mayo. I've seen enough videos online of what happens to customers who complain about food. I ate my underwhelming sandwich. While the chicken was well flavoured and tender, it was severely disappointing at how tiny this one hops bread was compared to the pictured proportions. One star because I did not get what I ordered.

Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eyes was how clean this churches outlet is compared to the rest. Not a piece of paper or anything on the floor. Surfaces clean to the touch with no trace of dust or anything. When we placed our order, there was no delay and food was ready within two or three minutes. The staff there are very friendly, polite and efficient. The food was hot unlike some places. The condiments section was kept in order and very clean as well. The food was well seasoned. Although a bit on the salty side, better to have taste than bland food. The view of the surround Highway and other establishments at night is good eye candy if you decide to eat there. In all, it's a very nice fast food outlet and highly recommend for the fry chicken lovers. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I am told the ice cream machine was down for months and not repaired. The little ones were very disappointed. They also need to improve the quality of the corn. It had a slightly spoiled taste was oily but O taste of butter. The only reason for fats in boiled corn is the buttery taste. I saw that they now have a vegetarian wrap, thats great. Hope it is prepared in a clean manner and not cross contaminated. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The first 3 times were amazing but I went today 18/11/22 and the service was awful they didn't want to take my order, they were bias when choosing who to deal with first even though I was up by the counter, I asked for no thigh and they refused and the cashier was racist she did show respect until I began to speak with my local trini accent.
