It was the worst ever.. the pizza was horrible the pasta was old. Then when i requested a refund got told no because we sat for 30mins talking on if we wanted to be rude in front of other customers so we decided not to be rude and wait. Well that was pointless and nasty... Next time i know to be rude.. Yalls place sucked bad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Looked online for this CiCi location in Greenville Texas hours are stated on website 11:00am till 10:00pm. Drove 30 minutes arriving at 9:20 pm to walk up to the front ENTRANCE door n they were BOTH LOCKED. IF a business states it hours IT SHOULD COMPLY WITH THEM. PERIOD

Came here for lunch on a weekday and has also come on Sundays before. To start, they have very few pizzas out on a non busy lunch time. Very few pizzas to choose from. Needs a little more cleaning. Overall, I don’t recommend it for the price 7.99 adult buffet and no pizza and a moody management 😠. Cicis in Greenville has changed a lot on their service and quality ever since they changed owners 😑

This is a great restaurant for someone who loves pizza and pasta, as I do myself. I would say this Cici's Pizza in particular needs to do better at having better pizzas available at a given moment. When I went there, they didn't have the desert pizza out. Nevertheless, it was a good time and we ate food! Staff was on their toes, and keeping fresh pizzas coming the entire time there. Manager was walking around and checking on everyone, asking if anything was needed. Great food, amazing service, and clean as well. Restrooms were clean too! Keep up the great work! Found hair in my granddaughters pasta with marinara so I took it up front to let them know there was hair in the food and manager on duty just said ok throw it away and did not remove it from the buffet. I have never seen a restaurant leave food out after being told hair was found but as that manager just continued to stand and lean against their cut table my only guess is he didn't care. Went in for lunch on Saturday at around 2 with my Cousin and her Daughter and this was the buffet😳. Only 2 other tables in there at the time and I asked them when they would be putting pizza out they said 10 minutes so after eating salad and waiting 20 minutes I went and asked again when will pizza be put out and the lady again said 10 minutes while 2 high school age kids stood behind the counter dancing and laughing. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and I was informed she didnt speak English😡😳. I then asked for my money back since I had paid for a all you can eat pizza buffet and there was NO pizza let alone all you can eat pizza. She said since I had eaten salad she couldnt give me a refund. I told her I didnt come in there for all you can eat salad bar I came in for all you can eat pizza. She said well you can wait or leave. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to and they need a manager who speaks English.

Went during busy hours so the buffet selection was good and well stocked, tables were cleared off quickly after people finished and left. My special request was promptly filled. 4 stars because the pizza crust could be cooked a little longer (a little on the doughy side) and the parking lot needs some attention.
