Beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the Viceroy Hotel overlooking the pools and ocean. Service was very attentive. Our fish came out a little over cooked, they quickly picked it up and brought us a properly piece of fish. Taradito was super tasty. Fresh bread service. Overall a lovely experience and the sunset sky was amazing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a great meal, ridiculous view, delightful people - great night. Cielomar is the rooftop restaurant on top of The Viceroy resort. Let’s see - the bread! HUGE Tuna Tartar, Pizza! Salad! Catch of the Day - sea bass … so fresh and delicious, beyond delicious! Everything made with love and the greatest service - people so nice and fun - oh, and that view!!!!

I loved Cielomar, the rooftop restaurant of the Viceroy Cabo. It was a romantic and very posh ambiance. The service was top tier. Our server checked on us repeatedly and I never felt abandoned. He set an example of what exceptional service should be! Our food was delectable, seasoned well and very much enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rooftop to anyone visiting Cabo. This restaurant was great! The view was really neat and being on the rooftop provided nice fresh air. The service was good. They had a band and a Flamenco dancer perform which was awesome. The food though, was phenomenal! We caught our own fish and the chef prepared it a way that was the best fish I've had. I highly recommend eating a dinner here.
