The absolute WORST experience I have EVER HAD with a Cinnabon. This is what I received after I ordered from DoorDash. I never had complaints on any of the previous times I ordered but this time was awful. The boxes were messed up and not fully closed. All the buns were overturned but I wouldn’t have complained if the cinnamon didn’t look like this and if they were COOKED!! When I cut into them they were still gooey.

Rude older woman working there. You have to find a job that does not require working with people. People decide to go to a place to spend their money for a product with great customer centricity. Cashier working on 1/15/24 was very rude and got instantly hostile with me after picking out the wrong cinnabon i ordered. Absolutely disgusting how he talks to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This places was honestly one of my favorite places to stop by to grab a quick snack before work. Still love the regular Cinnabon but the minis are by far my favorite, the soft sweet warm gooey middle gives you a mouth of joy. I was shocked when the Sawgrass location closed down, it nearly broke my heart. Hopefully one day another one opens in that area but for the meantime this is a great location.

Ordered 15 Cinnabons. Tried to charge extra for them to be hot. Handmade is good but HOT is BETTER. I was disturbing their phone time.
