They didn't allow use of the normal cash register so we had to use the 1 kiosk that worked (the order wasn't working). I wanted to use a birthday coupon for a free cold brew from Cinnabon. Well turns out they don't accept Cinnabon coupons, they only accept Auntie Anne's coupons. Super dumb. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Service was bad, they gave us the cinnamon role with no forks or anything to eat with and then when we asked for some they said they went to grab some and came with one fork and one knife! When we asked for one more the waitress was not happy although she have to give us forks! Not mentioning the bad quality of the cinnamon role it is not fresh at alllll.

I placed an online order. The online hours showed they close at 6pm and so do the hours on the door. But when I arrived at 5pm the door was locked, the lights were off, and no one was inside. Now I have to call my bank to dispute this charge

The music volume was so high that it felt like we entered a night club and you should be screaming to be heard 👂... Don't understand why the items are on the menu if they are not ready. Ordered a milk shake, and they said to wait 5 minutes, ended up waiting 25 minutes, it was a good shake though((

Went there at 2:37 in the afternoon to buy the standard 15 roll box of cinnabons. The lady informed me they had none ready. I said okay well give me four of the big ones then. She informed me they had none of those ready. So I asked her what they did have available and she said I'm not sure anything, let me check. Followed that up with telling me all they had available were two boxes of the really really tiny ones. I asked them how long it would be till they had more available and they said tomorrow. Confused, I asked them what time they close and they said midnight. I'm not really sure how a business stays open if they're not selling products to the public.

Staff were very nice, but went there at 1pm they had no coffee, vanilla ice cream machine wasn’t working, and lemonade probably among other things was empty or not working. The middle of the roll we got was cold and tasted stale.
