I was charged three times on a gift card meant for multiple locations and now I have a balance of $0. Mind you the order was $14 and there was $36 on the gift card. The manager blamed me for swiping the gift card even though the cashier said it was okay. I reasonably assume they know they charged me more than once because the receipt said I still owed them roughly $7… Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time I bought the cinnamon roll was really delicious and the girl was very friendly second time i went there it wasn’t the same girl she was very rude and she didn’t reheat the box

Awful service. Employees acknowledged me but didn’t bother to take my order for about 8 minutes. They talked amongst themselves and ignored me. On top of that, the cinnabon I received was raw and I had to throw it away within a couple bites.

Honestly been going to Cinnabon for years and I can say this was truly my first time disappointed. STALE STALE STALE FROM THE BUNS TO THE STICKS. Horrible service and was given the sticks and told they don’t come with icing. Horrible.
