Every time I go to this to this particular connivence store. I feel like I’m part of a family. Everyone makes me feel so welcome. I stop here every morning on my way to work to get gas and coffee.I’ve been to many gas stations in the area and this one is by far the nicest friendliest ones I’ve been to. All the employees are always working hard call me by name and make my work day start off with a smile on my face. They have the best coffee customer service and it’s always stocked with everything you could want or need. I’m so impressed, I took some pictures of just how well organized this place is. Well Tonight was not good..Notice on Door said 35.00 off per carton Newport.. Computer would only give 20.00 off the Young lady said had to come back in morning and speak with Manger as she didn't care what it said on door 20.00 off was all she could give. She was polite about it and understanding.. But I still lost 30.00.. This has always been our togo store..Good Team...

Stopped to fill up with gas. Went inside to use the 10 cents off per gallon discount card and prepaid for $30 in gas. Went to the pump and it was not showing that gas had been paid for and wanted me to insert my card. I went back inside and the lady at the register was trying to figure out what was going on and had to go to the back to get help. When they came back up they told me I would have to pay again and money would go back on my card. I asked how long until the money showed back on my card and they said sometimes immediate and other times longer. I was heading out of town, so I told them I wanted to check my bank to make sure I was not being double charged. They started hollering as I was leaving that they did this hundreds of time every day very rudely. Well sorry, but I don't know you and I will be checking my account. Went back inside and repaid and lady from back came up as I was paying to give a transaction journal and as I am trying to finish my transaction she goes what's the problem I am trying to give you a receipt- how about the problem is I am in the middle of this transaction and will deal with your rude behind in a minute. Then the cashier didn't ask if i wanted a receipt for my transaction he then made a face a printed it as the other lady cashier tossed my receipt from earlier over saying here take your receipt They are completely rude even when they are the ones who made a mistake. Not once did they apologize for the pump messing up or me having to repay. Instead they got rude and nasty because I wanted to check my bank before paying a 2nd time. Do not go here because I think if I had not said I was going to check my bank they would have double charged me and kept the extra payment. Just be super aware when here.

The sign on the door says “closed for cleaning” with no time expectation. Once I gained entry I was told by the attending clerk “we all have different times of cleaning so that’s why there is no time listed”. Maybe I am wrong , but how about making more signs?! Incredible. If I were the owner I would absolutely be concerned about the people who walked up, read the sign, and walked away to go shop elsewhere. But maybe the owner doesn’t care about loss of business.

I love the crew at this store! I have always been treated with the utmost respect and feel welcome everytime I stop in. With that being said I would like to comment on a review I just read from Ms Jessica Wiggs. I was actually in the store getting my ‘Froster’ when that lady came in, her claims are false or let me rephrase her complaint failed to include how she approached the employees, she was the rude one and had a nasty attitude. The manager was trying to calm her down by assuring her she would not be charged for gas she did not get. Even went as far as pulling her receipt to assure her she was only charged for items she purchased but Ms Wiggs was not wanting to hear any of that she more or less was accusing the employees of double charging her. Honestly she looked and acted quite foolish which leads me to believe she doesn’t comprehend that our cards are not charged even if we pay in advance if we don’t get gas! I guess if she paid for $30 and her tank only takes $23 she would expect the employee to pay her the $7 difference. Lol 😵‍💫 I think she should find another store to get gas especially after making such a scene in front of us Loyal Customers!!!

Lady working there at 530pm Tuesday April 18th older ladie lite skin black lady with grey and black curly long hair didn't want to type in my lottery numbers and told me to go fill out slip cause she doesn't type in any numbers even tho her job is to take customers orders! literally her only job and said she doesn't do that and her co worker looked at her like she couldn't believe she said that!

This store is disgusting the counter tops is nasty and sticky the bathroom is disgusting filthy a disgrace to be a public place they have one nice cashier witch is the young brown skin girl with braces the other young guy hardly speaks oh lord and don’t get me started on the manager she’s a disgrace to be the manager she’s an older white lady short chubby blonde and gray shoulder length hair she’s rude disrespectful don’t help her cashier the line would be out the door she would skylit in het car and smoke a cigarette then enter the store without washing her hands and go sit back at her desk without help her cashier she is disgusting she needs to be fired
Water was in the fuel premium fuel tank this time, the manager began to handle the situation very professionally, but after their area director talked to her, it took them 4 days to respond and even begin handle the situation. I give them 1 star because they took so long knowing my very expensive car was affected along with others. Their insurance was put to the task of handling it, Traveler's. This is where things got even worse. They were rude to me several times, knowing I wasn't at fault, even though I was very nice and courteous on the phone. Horrible experience with them, constantly worried if I needed to lawyer up the whole time. This is far from "convenience" store. I lost several hours of my life over this. I purposely pass every Circle K now, never realized how many stations were Circle Ks until now.

Why is a assistant manager in the store at 10:30 at night in a bath robe??? Like seriously!! Isn't that unprofessional? And she is behind the counter working. What does corporate think about that. If you gonna come to work, be dressed for work, not in a bathrobe.
I live 2 seconds from this store and I am very disappointed that every time I go to get coffee or a fountain drink they never have it available. The water was off on that side of the wall for over a week and I pay for monthly drinks.This morning I went there for coffee and there was a note on the door saying closed until 6am??? The employee was sitting in her car on her phone. This is a terrible place and very expensive. I don't recommend this store site at all!!
