The price per gallon of unleaded is listed as $4.40 on Google Maps . It wasn't until I started pumping that I realized that it was actually a whole 2 DOLLARS more than that. I don't know how they're able to get away with it, but this really a bait and switch for consumers.
Coffee is always fresh, fountain drinks are the best price in town and the machines are always clean, I won't drink fountain drinks from anywhere else. The employee's are friendly and helpful. The only down fall is there card reader is super slow.
All store mrgs should be supplying their employees with full safety gear to wear every shift! From head to toe!!!! And, everyone should be extremely grateful for their service! Pick up your own trash people! AND, the keeping a safe distance from each other should be observed in, "EVERY", store!! A lot of gas stations are NOT observing this at all, as if they have a special immunity! NO YOU DON'T! Make sure you also are complying with the distance safety rules!! It's not that difficult!
One of the cleanest, well kept places that I've experienced in a while. Friendly staff as well. If a fountain drink is what you're looking for, they have great refill prices.
I would give this place zero stars, if I could, for today's experience!
▪Access is just beyond Skyway. As I rounded the corner from Skyway, there was no room for me to pull my 32' RV in to the station. The guy behind me started honking. I tried to fit in and went over the curb on my right.
▪I got my RV into position and the jerk behind me darted in front of me to the pump. I chose a different pump.
▪While waiting, about six kids on bikes went zipping around the back of the station, between vehicles. At least one was not wearing a helmet. They were using the dirt hill for jumps.
▪The guy in front of my second choice pump had an external gas tank in the bed of his pickup. I waited as he kept maxing out the dollar amount on the pump.
▪It took me two transactions to fill my RV's tank. I went into the building to ask for propane service. I was told that the service was locked. I had to ask why. One of the two clerks said they close at 6 pm. I pointed put that it was 5:37 pm! The ckerk then said they lock the propane at 5:30. I pointed out that there is no way to know that, I had to wait a long time for a pump, just bought nearly $200 in gas, put up with obnoxious kids riding unsafely throughout my wait, and that it was barely after 5:30 pm. The clerk did not care.
▪I went to Chuck's Place. It is further up the Ridge, but has better access, better hours, and much better service. I will not be returning to the Valero Magalia!
