I have been complaining about the Water Machine that is not working right and hasn't for months coming up over Half a Gallon short when you purchase 5 Gallons. Plus you have to push the button multiple times to get it to start as you cannot read read the display to see if all your coins went in or got hung up. Went in to ask to see the Manager on 11/22/23 and was told he was not there and I believe that was true, because while filling the water bottles I noticed her out in the parking lot, leaving the store empty while she was by a pickup truck getting a package of Fry Bread. When asking to leave a message for the owner she just said in a snooty way, "Have a Nice Day". So I won't be going there any more for water as it's not worth it to be treated that way when having to drive all the way into Flagstaff, so I be going closer to home even though it cost more because going there is just not worth the turmoil of having to fill a 1 gallon bottle to fill the up the 5 gallon bottles.

Staff is friendly aside from maybe 1 or 2 people I've seen, but this store has no real purpose. It doesn't have gas pumps, so you would think they'd offer a larger selection of products like 7-11 with wings, pizza, chicken, etc. But this shop has less selection than most small gas stations on the side of the highway. All the hot food you can get is essentially an overcooked tornado or hot dog. There are a few circle K's like this in the area, and they make no sense as to why they exist. If you can't get gas, and you could buy almost everything in the store at even just the Walmart checkout line next to the magazines, why even have the store.

Been a local to this store for years. The manager there is very rude. I understand the laws that gentleman seen my i.d at least 40 times and know who I am. So one day I forgot he said I was trespassing and threatened to call the police. I have never stole anything from that store. I always pay for what I get. I brought it to concern because plenty of homeless hang outside for hours and loiter. This store needs to looked into the management needs to change at this location. Intentionally harassing people that pay as a local. And let people loiter and trash the building they won't be my getting my service any longer.

I called 2x on 12/6 at 11 am and asked if they provided a certain service. The 1st time I was hung up on. The second time I stated we must have been disconnected and the man said I don't have time for you man, then hung up.

The cashier today was incredibly rude to every person that was in line. You can tell she didn’t want to be working. Made comments to everyone, doesn’t say hi or any customer service when you get up to the counter. Just a bad vibe the whole time!
