I've been coming here for over 2 years because of previous positive employees and the convenience by my job, I will drive 20 miles out of my way to go to a different store at this point, short red hair girl carded me four times for Lottery, once is fine but after that it's harassment!! Another customer said the same thing and complained to the manager and asked if she's stealing people's information... I would avoid this store
MEAN OLD WOMAN (EMPLOYEE) ALWAYS SMOKING OUT FRONT OF STORE CHARGES FULL PRICE FOR FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE REFILL SAYING IT'S NOT COFFEE BECAUSE IT COMES OUT OF MACHINE.... YET, FAILS TO OBEY STORE POLICY & CONSTANTLY SMOKES OUT FRONT OF STORE!!
I always go to different Circle K stores for their French Vanilla coffee. I sometimes save my cups from the previous days & get the ADVERTIZED $.99 cent refill as it gets quite expensive to keep paying full price 7 days/wk. BUT I LOVE THE FRENCH VANILLA COFFE... SO, IT'S A "MUST-HAVE"
I always get the same thing and add flavored chocolate creamer and a caffeine shot in mine and bring the creamer and Coffee shots separate without adding them to my second cup as it is for someone else and I let them fix their own coffee.
Yesterday, the woman was in her usual spot, out front of the store smoking a cigarette when I arrived. When i walked in the store she threw her cigarette down and followed me in. I didn't notice that she was following me in the store because there was another employee working and other customers. I was at the coffee station and she came up to me and told me that I had to pay for the extra creamer packs $0.10 each. I told her I didn't realize that and I always get coffee there but it's no problem. I paid for my to coffee along with the extra creamer and left.
Today, I came at the same time and she was, again, out front of the store smoking a cigarette. I walked in the store and the person that I came to the store with was parked out front and noticed she threw her cigarette out and followed me in the store like she was on a mission... I got my refills today, as I used the cups from yesterday and brought the extra creamers up to the cash register. I told the nice gentleman I had two refills and three creamers. The woman was standing behind me and said I have to pay full price for the coffees because they were not coffee refills! I assured her I, in fact, DID have coffee & I brought my used cups in. This is when I noticed she for some reason had it out for me as she followed me in the store both days and at this point I feel bullied. She treated me as if i was a THIEF!! I AM AN HONEST PERSON!! NOT A THIEF!! SHE WAS COMPLETELY OUT-OF-LINE!! I consider myself an honest, polite & nice young woman. Sometimes older women that are bullies take my kindness as a weakness and try and Bully me because they're jealous and that's exactly how I feel with this woman. She made me very uncomfortable was very rude and very unprofessional. Her attitude had nothing to do with my creamer or coffee.... That became very obvious to me today.
... you never know who people are, what they do for a living, who they know, who they're related to, who they're married to, or what type of person they are.... you should ALWAYS treat people fairly, kind & with respect. Your actions may come back and bite you, someday...
Apparently if the cashier, Betty gives you the wrong product it’s your fault. Went to swap it out and circle k policy doesn’t allow it (according to Betty).
Don't waste your time with this store the employees don't care and lines go right out the door every single day all they do is give you dirty looks for even being in the store
