I am giving 3 stars because I feel conflicted. The last year has been great customer service from a black gentleman in the morning and a tall white man at night and early morning. Recently they hired a new short fat white man who has been nothing of the sort! He is rude and unpleasant. Really do not know how he got hired. I have stopped going in when I see he is in there. He makes me feel uncomfortable and the best interactions have still been very awkward. Other than this one person the service and cleanliness of the facility is great. Hope he gets spoken too about this,but I am afraid it is just a case of an unpleasant personality.

Circle K is basically my go-to for gas, road snacks, They have the best prices for fuel, and if you sign up, you can frequently get rewards for discounts on fuel(I've received $.20 off per gallon, several times.). They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks, as well as an area with automotive supplies. All in all, Circle K is hands down my favorite gas station and convenience store!

I go to this location at least a few time a week & the past few weeks the service has been unacceptable. 99% of the employees are on their phones, even the manager!! Also they talk trash about other customers as they leave, as I left this morning from the store other customer came out & told the guy working was talking trash about me. Its because i came in with a few lotto tickets & the employee made a big deal about! Also he tried to give the tickets back & told me to scratch it so he can see the bar, i had to point out to him that the barcode was. ( I use to work at a gas station) That is way the liquor store ( right next to it) & 7-11 ( right the down street 2 mins away) will be getting my business. Plus there prices are cheaper. Also half the time the car wash is working they just don't want to ring it up.

This one girl was super chill and she really is a great employee, she even sang wap by cardi b for me. A bunch of people walked in tho lol it was still lit tho. Anyways she deserves a raise and she hit those phat notes even on the phone with me lolol anyways peace out fools🐬🐬🐬

Went on a late night run. Always pleasant customer service but tonight the cashier was not friendly and acted as if i was a bother to him. When i asked for 2 different kinds of smokes he actually huffed when he had to go back, turn around, to the rack a 2nd time due to him not hearing me. It was rude, i thought, and i got no hello or a thank you when i was done. Walked out shaking my head. Tim should not be working cs if he can't be more friendly. Sorry for the complaint but i went in happy and came out a little frustrated. Thanks Also, rayne is the best in cs.

Bought two Monsters and got ice in my cup. Charged me 96 cents for ice! I travel a lot and this the first time I’ve ever been charged for ice. Ripoff. I’ll never stop here again!
