Produce department is amazing. A young man by the name of Jarred helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable.

Whenever I'm in Montrose, this City Mart is a must-stop. It brings back memories of my favorite hometown grocery stores, and that's something I really appreciate. My service dog and I always feel welcome here.

Love the store but now 5 different times after work around 7pm they never have anyone serving fried chicken. Finally.... last Thursday leaving work I knew not to go but said I will give them one more chance and sure enough a line of people waiting and so did I over 15 minutes and not 1 person serving. At least 5 people walked out. Very poorly managed deli. Staff in produce looking and laughing. Worst management ever and shame as chicken so good. I took 3 pics while waiting and 3-4 people in line and not 1 staff member. This was about 5th time I saw this around 7pm.
This is a nice new City Market. Very clean and attractive interior. Big store with great selection. Lots of nuts and seeds in the back and organic produce. It's easy to shop for healthy food here and find good deals. The guys in the deli seemed to be understaffed at the moment I was there, but a guy named Rusty was in high gear and gave my grandmother and I excellent service with a smile. Nice! Much better than the stores in Denver.
They need more people running check out lines and the card system hates my local bank but the cheese selection is incredible and the staff is too friendly. Makes up for any short comings.
We do click list pickup from here very often. Staff at the click list pickup are great, and try their best to compensate for the bad decisions that get made at CM corporate / IT about how to run the pickup program.
This place really should host some electric vehicle chargers, especially near the pickup corner of the building. Would be awesome to be able to use "fuel points" to get a few minutes of DC fast charging to get us home at the same time we are loading the pickup order!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spent over $200 here and came back 10 minutes later to return 1 unopened/unused item and was told I needed to wait 20 minutes for customer service to reopen in order to make a return. WHAT!?! I’m here on vacation and was passing through, why the hell should I have to wait 20 minutes to get my money back!!? We come to Colorado multiple times a year and will definitely make sure to NEVER shop at this store again
