Have to give them a 5 because they spend a lane for me because I had a lot of items. The lady was super friendly and had a huge smile on her face the whole time!

Close to my house, and it carries a variety of organic items. Friendly and helpful staff and cashiers.

I hate this city market! It's just old and crusty along with its employees. The layout doesn't flow and there are junkies hanging outside at all times of the day and management does nothing about it. The selection of goods is subpar as well. Produce always has mold and going bad whennim there. Take the extra drive south or go to sprouts in GJ. It's worth the drive to me.

This store used to be a lot better. Most of the employees are friendly but most times when I go in, the lines are long with only a couple of check stands open and having to bag my own groceries while a courtesy clerk stands around on his phone is ridiculous. I understand that businesses are short staffed, but the employees who are there need to actually do their jobs. On a lighter note, the shelves are well stocked, the produce looks nice and the meat department always has what I'm looking for. I would like to see a better selection in the deli....maybe something other than chicken and deli staff who are attentive and not standing in the back talking to each other instead of offering customer service (their job?). Also a better selection of fresh cut fruit in produce. Not everyone wants or can finish a whole watermelon without half of it going to waste.

I get my groceries and my prescriptions from City Market it's only two blocks from where I live

I attempted to get gas at approx. 4:30 pm today. I asked if the attendant would please clear the pump on #5----he shouted at me and told me "you'll have to wait--I am changing the price"---I washed my windows as I waited after some time I noticed the gentleman next to me was pumping his gas. I again asked the attendant to please clear the pump---he informed me I would have to pay him first---no problem I started to give him my credit card--asked him how much was the gas since he had changed the price (when I pulled up to pump it was $3.19----as the main sign noted for regular)---he had changed the sign to $3.49---I said really ? he said yes--very rude, very condescending-----so I decided to go elsewhere. When driving home--I passed the south City Market and saw the gas was $3.19. It appears this attendant has some issues and some horrible customer service----too bad for City Market.

It's a grocery store, come get food for the masses in your household. Great store has a gas station. Good produce, enjoy the Montrose atmosphere.
