Alice was our server. It seems like she was not happy to be at work that day from the moment she came to our table she looks upset and start tossing menu. When we ask for our bill and some take away. She was roll her eyes. I understand the work she have to do everyday however when a customer tries to sympathize with you don’t be rude on your customer. not a good experience, the reputation of the business you’re working with is also being damaged. Good food terrible service. Food: 5 Service: 1
Casual place to eat traditional Filipino food. Place is very clean and spacious enough. This place is also very busy on the weekend. Customer Service: Fair 3/5 Get in, and ignored until food is served and taken. No hi, thank you, or check up, or goodbye. Also had to ask for water. If you are okay with that then 5/5 Food Quality: Price: Affordable $$/$$$
Dined in on May 2022. One staff was rude to me. After paying the bill off for our very salty food, apart from waiting very long time for the food, we also waited long time for our change, after asking this woman staff for it, she processed it and she just slide the money on the table towards me while she was passing by and did not say a word. Were she expecting me to forget about the change? Why give an attitude about it? Did they forget about it? If I feel leaving a tip, i will leave it. Doesn't matter if the change is only 20 pesos or 1 peso or 1 centavo. You have to give it back to the customer! Very very poor treatment, very unprofessional and very rude. I have been to 5-star hotels and restaurants and never experienced something like this. I am a chef manager in the United Kingdom, if that was my staff I would show her where the door is! I would give less than a star for this.
Good quality food for the price. All is tasty and promptly served.

Dined in with family on a busy day. I know it is busy so di dapat mag expect pero....... 1. The staff was combing her hair and fixing her make up sa dining area where customers are seating already waiting for food and some started eating already. (Wala ba silang staff area? Or bakit di sila mag ayos ng sarili before coming to the restaurant.) 2. I know it is pandemic pero ikaw mismo mag jot down ng order mo at iaabot mo nalang sa server. Di man nila nirepeat ang order to make sure correct at yun nalang talaga ang order. 3. Walang table number system. The server walked past us and nagtanong sa kabilang table kung may order ba silang ganito o ganyan. (Like what the heck! Paano kung meron nga silang ganung order? E di napunta sa kanila ung order namin by mistake) 4. It took 30minutes para sa order and halos patapos na kami rest of the order is not yet delivered. Nag follow up ako sa server pero di ako pinansin. Nag follow up uli ako Sabi nya after 2 mins pinapriority na daw ang order. (So ibig sabihin di pa nila naready??) 5. After 3 follow ups at halos wala nang food sa table namin saka lang dumating ung rest of the order. 6. At kung gaano katagal dumating yung order ganon din sila kabilis mag clearance. (Like hello. 30-40minutes bago nacomplete ung order namin di pa kami naka 15minutes kumain gusto mo na mag clearance at nag ask na kung itake away ung food) I know we should not expect too much but as a loyal patron nakita ko naman ung difference ng service ng iba't ibang branch. And with what i saw. Sobrang declined ng service dito. You cannot even see the employees smiling or happy. It looks like they just want to work and finish the shift. No engagement. No smile. No more of that homey feeling na meron dati or atleast sa ibang branch meron. It is just sad na due to pandemic nalimutan na ng mga empleyado maging masaya. Which is one of the reason why nafefeel din ng customers na malungkot na din kumain and most especially why ng decline ang service.
Di maganda service jan... May uod ang pansit nila...
