A lot of food variety but the theme is obviously having coconut milk included with the foods that were cooked. Portions were small. Taste was extraordinary. The paella was one thing I was wanting to try. It was okay. Food presentation was good. They took a long time to take our orders and serve the food. They only had one server at lunch on a weekend… I guess they weren’t expecting people.

A lot of IG worthy spots inside the premise including food prep. Why 3 stars?
1) Ukoy is one of my favorite comfort Pinoy staple food... but felt they made too much liberty altering it with they added menu name as Coconat'z Ukoy with about 6-7 medium sized shrimp and a lot Carrots and sweet potato shreds.
2.) Sisig is just the same.
3.) The taste of their food is great thus I kept my rating at 3. But that's a common trait in most Bicol resto. Magaling magluto. Try the sizzling beef sinigang at 350++
Not a resto that I will go back and crave for though. Would reco to give it a try though.
First, the place and ambience.
Just look at the pictures. The place is also air-conditioned and by the way i see it, the place is well-planned. The decors is worth a good appreciation together with the mp3 songs being played while waiting.
Next, the staff
When we came there, the staff really are attentive. The waiter asks you to pour water when s/he sees your glass is empty. Very hospitable indeed.
The Food
They serve bicolano dishes, mostly lutong bahay, but with unique touches. Just try to eat there and youll know what I mean. If you asked me, we were super satisfied with the food we ordered!
Overall
5 stars!
This resto deserves to be known, just try it and see it for yourselves.
all its bicolano food is good and savory....
tortang talong and adobong pusit is the most delicious in my opinion..
i just find it weird that one of my beer does not foam and taste weird but i don't inform the staff since their busy with other customers, i just open another can.
the place is elegant and beautiful.. love it
Coconatz is the loveliest restaurant in Dayangdang for special occasions. The Grilled Pusit is the best I've ever eaten with a presentation to match. I've been to Coconatz several times and the service was always excellent along with the beautiful calming piano background music. This is real Bicolano food with delicious coconut milk and chilli.
