July 9, 2022: I decided to come back and give it a other shot, this time they had ice cream! Yay! I decided to go for their promotion ice cream that they have going on with Nintendo. I actually really appreciated the fact they were able to substitute mine for non-dairy ice cream since all three Nintendo flavors had dairy in them. Overall it was not bad. I had the Kirby Strawberry flavor one and I enjoyed it. June 27, 2022: They ran out of ice cream!! And it's still in the middle of the day!! It's a sad day for those who traveled very far. Sure there are other ice cream locations but to run out of ice cream in the middle of the day?!

The workers claimed they “couldn’t serve anyone” at the moment and then when we were leaving they served another man. I don’t understand the disrespect given from the workers. Smelt bad as well, very messy. Service Take out Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you like firm ice cream to enjoy slowly, AVOID. no matter how long this ice cream spends in my freezer, with everything else hard as ice, when I pull it out it's already half melted and gooey, and I can't get it to firm up. After 3 minutes out of the freezer, I'm practically slurping it.

Super disapointing to have my poor sons icecream ruined and not have them fix it. Especially since im alergic to wheat and love sharing with him. He complained the whole way home about how it got ruined and the little girl there just justified her actions by saying it always comes that way. I guess being wildly undercharged kind of made up for it. But its really sad to still have to pay for icecream my son doesnt want that they somehow cant fix even if its not what he ordered.
