I was there with my kids. Employees are so patient and very kind . They listened them and gave them samples. We felt like we re at our home . Horrible experience at Cold Stone Creamery Fountain Valley 7/18/23. After ordering and purchasing an ice cream for my daughter, saw the ad for this ice cream posted at the store and it said "try a sample of Barbie Pink Cotton Candy" When I asked for a sample after actually making a purchase, the girl that rang me up told me, "we don't give out samples" Oh REALLY?! Bc the ad posted IN STORE even says you do! 😡 I even pointed that out to her

The staff here is the best! I needed a cake for my wife’s birthday and they were so accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!!

9/10 The guy that helped us was super sweet. He helped us choose flavors, converstated, laughed with us. He even honored our coupon even though it was for a different location AND gave us a larger size with no price difference!! Bless him and his kindness

The BEST ice cream with tremendous selection of flavors, you will find many that you like. My favorite is Birthday Cake Remix. Best tasting ice cream we've ever had. I will definitely be coming back to try their vast selection. Great and very friendly customer service too.

I have tried many different ice cream places, but cold stone is by far my favorite. The selection and combinations are endless. If you get a medium size, you can combine two different ice cream flavors and it comes with one free topping of your choice. They have three different vanilla flavors too. Definitely recommend it

Feels like New ownership and not as good as previously. The past 2 times I went they were out of dipped waffle cones and whipped cream. They used to make homemade whipped cream and it was amazing, the dipped waffle bowls (if they have them) have a tiny amount of chocolate and you can count the sprinkles. Seems like they are cutting corners to save money
