hello.! I recently made a complaint about something unhygienic, but I think the consumer service of this company is of no use. They told me they would send a reward but they never sent anything, it is very unpleasant that places like these have these types of people who do not know how to do their job, I would like to take my complaint further, but I feel that it would be absurd on my part, they are not going to take things seriously. Worst service. There was a large group of people at 9:50 when they closed at 11. Savannah told my boyfriend that he couldn’t be served because they were done for the night. This is a nice change of pace from the usual fare available from you typical DQs and BRs. There is so much variety here given the flavors of ice cream, toppings/mix-in ingredients, and cone types that you'll have a new dessert every time you come to this place. The food is great, but the prices are a bit on the high side, especially if you are used to DQ/BR process, but then again, you're getting a much tastier product. For stars because the service takes too long (need more staff on a Saturday night!)
