We have come twice in 2 weeks for my Son to get a little ice cream. The 1st time, the service was excellent!! She was friendly! 2nd time was like we interrupted something this employee was doing. 1 word communication... blank stares. 0 personality. 1 bad apple.

This is our favorite late night guilty pleasure joint. The ice cream being delicious is a given, but the staff is awesome. Always friendly and punctual. Normally I am allergic to lines of more than 3 people, but I make an exception for this location because of how fast they move folks through. Good location too, in Santee Trolley Square, next to Starbucks. Parking is always available.

The two gentlemen working there were very nice. I had a craving for a carmel apple and asked if they could make something with a similar taste and I was not disappointed! Hubby's ice cream turned out great as well. It's a great place to go for a treat after dinner.

Negative! That’s the vibe of this location. My family and I visited this location twice within a two week period. Issue with same girl who’s “been with the company a few years” you walk in and just don’t feel welcome, no smiles no greeting no friendly anything. They take your order like you’re bothering them. The product/ice cream is good, it is delicious ice cream. Very disappointing customer service though. Should be a fun experience, if you don’t like your job don’t make everyone else miserable with you. Get some new employees or train them better on what type of atmosphere they should have in there.

Ice cream is great but lacks the service I expect from a retailer. They were pretty busy with one worker. While I waited two other workers came in and didn't have the decency to help out, just shuffled into the back room. There were many times at the school I worked at when I didn't even put my purse down but started helping parents at the front counter.

I love Cold Stone... I mean... yummy delicious ice cream flavors and toppings.. does it get any better? No! But it certainly depends on who makes your blend. I get the same thing every time. I'm boring like that. Last time I went I thought nothing of the process of blending the toppings together. Seemed pretty much standard. However, I was proven wrong. Slapped together..this blend of ice cream and toppings tasted (I can't say terrible, 'cause at the end of the day it IS ice-cream) blah and not great like usual. My point is that it matters who makes your ice-cream combos. For this issue I have given this Cold Stone 3 stars.

Service meh- I called to order a cake, I was told to go online to order it - she said “I’m 14 cakes in right now can you just go online and order it?” I did and then went to pick it up a couple of days later. Cake was ready but had to wait 25 minutes because there is one person working and two females that were together figuring out what they wanted. Once the finally did that, they wanted to be charged separately. Finally got to counter for cake- no apology for the wait nothing just bright out I said thank you and left. Another birthday in 2 weeks will try DQ or 31 Flavors customer service is everything- and yes, I tip more than most.

Cold Stone Creations are so incredible. Cake batter ice cream to start with is so rich tasting. All the flavors of ice cream you are very rich and then when you add them with the other toppings they make an incredible dessert. Definitely I always get the love it

Closed 40 minutes early on a Saturday night. Made the drive for no reason. Update your hours to 9:00 if you’re gonna lock your doors and leave after that

Are you kidding me? Really cold stone, every time I go in there I see the same young GIRL employee working ALONE at NIGHT. Can some one tell me how that adds up? Y’all ever been the the Santee trolley station? Have you see the homeless and crime activity there? And you want to leave a young girl alone to watch a store? I ask her one time how long she had been there that day... NINE hours!!! And alone for most of it!! Where’s the time for an employee to get a break? I’m actually concerned for these people’s safety and the company doesn’t seem to give a damn. Other wise service and ice cream is a solid 10/10 but management get it together.
