I will NEVER purchase from this cold stone in Lodi EVER! They higher than most unprofessional people! I purchased a cake for my son's birthday in October. I asked for a simple white plain cake with the red border. Nothing else. A girl that works there called me and told me that she messed up my cake and put pink instead of red on the very same day as his birthday. I simply told her that I did not want pink because it's for a boy's birthday, and I asked for red. She said she will have to just scrape off the pink and reapply the red border. I told her as long as it looks professional I will pick up. She promised to make sure that my Cake had a red border. I had a family member go pick up the cake because it was already paid for. And it looked awful! She did not do what she said she was going to do fix the cake! She gave me the cake, pink border, and all smeared. It was a Worst Looking cake that I've ever purchased. Very unpresentable that I did not put out on his birthday! I had to go to nothing Bundt cakes in Purchase to Cakes for his birthday. When I called to speak to the manager or owner, the that messed up my Cake told me that she would have them call me and she did not. When I called again. She told me the owner and manager do not want to speak to you and hung up on me.. when I called back again, she told me to come down to the store so she can fight me face to face! How ghetto can somebody be? How do people hire low people like that? For that I will never go to cold stone or refer anybody to cold stone again!

After brunch in Lodi and some shopping we stopped in the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop. The ice cream is very creamy and you can add on toppings. Only complaint is that I wanted HOT fudge on my and received cold hot fudge. Not the same. Bathrooms were semi clean and NO tissue available! The young man that served us was professional and polite.

This is the second time this cold stone location messes up a cake for our parties. Last time they didn't put any writing on the cake at all. This time they found the youngest toddler they knew to do the writing. This cake is for a 60 year old woman, how am I supposed to show up with this? And the worst part is the employees refuse to fix it. Imagine, no one who works there is able to fix the writing. So what's left for me to do but go buy icing and fix it myself, for the pretty penny they charge for their cakes it is ridiculous, frustrating, and a waste of time to buy their cakes.

Tasty ice cream & always busy. Line moved quickly though. Only complaint is seating area always messy. Guy who helped us was great. Gave my grand daughter an ice cream cone in a cup with her gummy bears.

Everything was great here! Staff were very friendly and patient. Ice cream was delicious 🍨 For a Saturday it was busy as usual but staff were working hard to get through the line and still provided great customer service. Thanks! We’ll be back!

We took our 7 year old there for his birthday. The staff was wonderful and supportive and even sang him Happy Birthday! The service was quick and efficient and of course the ice cream was great!

Ordered 2 Love it's off of uber eats so both should have been medium sized an 1 dipped cone. Received 1 medium ( love it) and 1 small ( like it) and no dipped cone. Yes the girl told me I could come get it but I've paid a whole delivery fee and whatever else fee to have it delivered bc I'm a truck driver.

Cold Stone Creamery has some of the best ice cream. As an ice cream fanatic, Cold Stone is one of my favorite spots to soothe the craving, especially after a long soccer game. With seasonal flavors and plenty of mix ins, there is always something new to try making it a great spot all year long.
