Come to this fast food to taste good sandwiches. Tasty ice cream, fudge and chocolate custard have a good taste. Don't miss the opportunity to drink delicious chocolate frappe. Well-trained employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. A lot of people note that the service is terrific. Love coldstone ice cream anything and this is the best one I've been to in 4 different states. They make the ice cream the way you want the first time. Basically the right ratio of toppings to ice cream. So I retract my earlier 5 star review. I had my first bad experience here last night 2/12/19 for my sons birthday we ordered the $16 tub of ice cream to take home and was shorted an inch or more of ice cream and the new trainee girl wore a face that says we were interrupting her from some other duties. Disappointing to say the least. Most employees here have been excellent but her attitude was offputting. I attached the pic of what we received...

This is absolutely my all-time favorite place because they take ice cream to another level. My flavors of choice are the Cookie Mintster, Birthday Cake Remix, and Cake Batter Batter Batter. I love being able to get creative with different toppings it's almost like a canvas. Every once in a while, I'll order from Cold Stone using DoorDash. I gotta try the Mud Pie Mojo next.

I asked for no white chocolate and to substitute it for peanuts. But they still added the white chocolate. Reason why I don’t ask for white chocolate is because it share it with someone that can’t have it!

I never make a review but I feel like I do need to make one for my Coldstone lovers. I am so upset that every time I make it here like 5-10 minutes before closing, they lock their doors! Just change the time to 9:20pm if that’s the case. Maybe the manager or the owner should know that the staff is doing this. It’s so unfair for us. Literally the place missed out on 4 customers doing this.

I had mentioned to my friend I wanted to stop for ice cream and this was the first place we saw. I was so thrilled with the selection of flavors.... It was not hard choose because I knew they all would be good but I was craving cheesecake. The girls that were working did it just right. Graham cracker, Butterfinger, and Reese's in perfects portions mixed evenly through out. Best part was having so much left over. I am enjoying it so much I had to call and let them know how pleased I am with the quality service and product they gave provided. I will be back!

I can't believe their COVID screen completely deafens the workers from hearing customers order at a volume lower than MAKING A SCENE. The rest of the line was glaring critically at me just because dude taking my order had to be so flippant DEAF. There is NO indoor seating here and NO bike rack at all near the building. I wasn't the only cyclist visiting on 11/13/21. To top it all off they feel a need to post a sign that reads, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". I take such signs as a threat of being kicked out. If I gotta MAKE A SCENE in here just to get my order across, that is WRONG! I will NOT return unaccompanied until the abovementioned issues are resolved! Full stop!

I love going to this Cold Stone Creamery! The flavors -- OH MY -- are fantastic (think FUDGE TRUFFLE) and the mix-ins give so many choices it's hard to decide which one (or two or three or more!) to choose! The "crew" are so nice, a few of them even know which flavors and mix-ins we like, but also that -- OK, this is going to sound a little weird to non-dog-lovers -- we always buy a small bowl of "Sweet Cream" for our pup, who prefers Cold Stone to 31 Flavors and just about any other ice cream company's product! It doesn't hurt that we're able to purchase cards at Costco!

This place keeps raising their prices.. coldstone is already pricey enough lol. God forbid you ask for one more Oreo they’ll charge you for small little things additional, it ain’t comin out of yo pocket!

A small ice cream parlor, smaller than most cold stones. The same great quality ice cream I've come to expect from all cold stones. Service is usually fast, and the people there are very kind. If you're looking for some cold treats and are in the area, you can't go wrong here.

The icecream is great, workers at this particular cold stone were rude. The male employee that helped me me left as substantial amount of icecream on the counter, as pricey as it is that bothered me. The female employee that helped the group before me seemed annoyed when they asked for a second order of icecream. Overall the negative attitudes of the employees make me not want to return to this location.
