This isn't just a Cold Stone. By far the cleaest, professional and just all around a class A environment. The staff is second to none; everyone is super helpful, kinda and most of all take pride in there work. Great job! I'll be back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great Ice cream with loads of options and flavors. I haven't had Coldstone in at least 15 years. It was nice to have it again. They do have really creamy ice cream that is somewhere between a soft serve and hard ice cream. The amount of combinations is great. It's like flurries or blizzards but taken to the extreme. I love that they had a non dairy chocolate ice cream. This is a winner for me. This one was pretty busy but still kept the line moving and made good stuff. Recommended.

I have been regular to this store since moved to this area last year. Everything was good but until we ordered a birthday cake for my kid this year. We made this order 5 days in advance, we got a call the previous day of the birthday saying that they cannot make this cake and want to cancel the order. Their printer was not working. I had to make frequent calls to them asking them to get help from their other Cold Stone stores to help with their printing. Then the owner called me and said they can get help from other stores but he cannot send one of his workers to pick the print for the cake. They made me to drive and pick the print and deliver to the store to complete the cake order. This was an unpleasant experience since I was busy with all other preparations for my kids birthday. The store is good, but one has to reconsider if they are planning to order a birthday cake... Update based on owner's feedback: it was not about the money or discounts for the next visits. That's why I never accepted those discounts or free coupons. Yes, you might not have made me drive but what options did I have to get a cake ready within 24 hours? Moreover, I was expecting to hear from you on getting help from other stores, but unfortunately I was the one making that request multiple times before you accepted it. Hope you understand this was an unpleasant experience, that's all I wanted to convey.

We really appreciate their variety of ice cream and Cakes. Most cakes we buy for celebrating occasions are from here. Pleasant people work at this location. Always a pleasure to stop by and buy desserts from Cold Stone Creamery!

Wonderful service! They hire local OCC culinary grads and go well beyond what is expected to provide excellent service. Todd the owner greeted me and was exceptionally kind. Olivia made the most delicious ice cream food! And they have dairy free options!

Young man who took my order last night did a phenomenal job and made my order exactly to our liking! Brady is a great employee and it’s exceptional customer service will be returning to this location for the 10/10 experience! Perfect pit stop in summer for us. My kids and parents love the treats they can get from here. I also joined the rewards program which is great for a perk. Looking forward to trying their new flavors soon. I always get cheese cake fantasy, coffee lovers and will try another new flavor for everyone to taste in the family.

Clean location. Extremely friendly staff. Met the owner and he gave my son a free ice cream to move a cart for him. Super kind! Really enjoyed our experience at this location!
