The times I’ve been here it’s been alright. The ice cream is alright as well, it’s not good because it melts easily. When they put it in the cup for you the ice cream immediately starts to drip and turn into water. All the times I’ve been here customer service has been alright, besides the times that they make fun of the order you make, or they make jokes on the side. Everyone can hear their conversation and it’s quite upsetting. They also need to clean the place, let alone the bathroom, that place needs a company to clean it, just by looking at the main area where people are, makes you wonder how well they clean appliances for the ice cream. They do have a lot of cakes and ice cream tins, but they sadly also melt very fast. This is a decent place but they could definitely start cleaning. There’s a young? Guy that works there.He’s always there. RUDE. So rude, it’s so off putting. He just stares at you, doesn’t talk at all to you. Makes you feel so uncomfortable. BUTT, talks trash about what you’re ordering IN FRONT of you to his girl coworker. They Just laugh, and make you feel so uncomfortable. Just your average Cold Stone. I will say that the chocolate-dipped strawberry is one of their better flavors that I have had in a long while. They were also handing out coupons that were expired. When I asked the worker about it she said that their manager had said to hand them out and that they would honor the expired coupon. A little weird, but ok.

Sooooooooooooo many flavors to choose from, alongside with countless toppings (and I do mean COUNTLESS toppings)! You will never go wrong if you decide to stop by and treat yourself or others with this yummy slice of heaven they call a creamery. For every occasion known to man, it'll always be a wonderful time, especially for your tastebuds! Update (As of 3-13-22): I tried their Lucky Charms ice cream and it's literally as if they made the cereal into ice cream! My inner child is squealing; it's these little moments that I truly enjoy about adulthood! Would definitely recommend trying, even if it's just a sample (They're magically delicious!).

Friday, November 10th was my first and last time eating here. I placed an order online and picked it up within 20 minutes. When I got there, there were two other people in the ice cream shop. I waited my turn and the girls behind the counter acted as if they were being inconvenienced. The girl who helped me was stoned out of her mind. She gave me my order. While I was checking my order. One of the girls hands me a sugar cone. I asked her what I was supposed to do with that. She just looked at me. I just put it in the bag but I realized we were missing items. At $11 per pint. Nothing should have been wrong with my order. I told them both what was missing. One girl started making the missing pint while the other says it’s already been made. She then goes to the freezer, gets it out, and slams it down on the counter and walks away. To make matters worse when I did finally start to eat my ice cream there was hair pretty deep into the ice cream. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Orderd for delivery it was wrong and I ordered a waffle bowl that I paid for and they didn't add in. Called to try and fix it and I was told to call door dash. Unfortunately I don't have a door dash account so they won't do anything about it. What a rip off will never order delivery again. Great variety of ice cream and toppings. Too expensive and not worth $16 for 4 scoops of ice cream, 1 with toppings. Plus the ladies were not very friendly and the place was not cleaned up at all.

Great place even on a cold day! The portion for your price is great, really good bang for your buck here. I like how options of topping they have they have a lot to choose from, just wish they would carry more flavors, parking is good, and prices are good too :)
