Absolutely delicious and cozy bakery. I've been coming here regularly all winter to do remote work, and they keep improving the menu and experience. The staff are very friendly and kind. As a bonus, it smells AMAZING in here and the afternoon sunlight looks so good. Visited very early in the morning—not too many places in TC open at that early of an hour but Common Good was. Fast service, fantastic baked goods. I had a stuffed pastry and the whipped ricotta toast (pictured). A little pricey but excellent quality breakfast! Wow! If you’re in Traverse you must make a stop of the common good bakery. We enjoyed the morning bun, almond chocolate Croissant and the sausage egg and cheese croissant, as well as a couple lattes. Great staff, very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Simple pies with sooo much flavor. Each ingredient on this pizzas really shines through beautifully. Crust was cooked perfectly. Don't let the price tag or lack of an abundance of ingredients/toppings deter you from ordering some pizza here. Food: 5

Fantastic coffee and pastries in the morning. Pizza and pasta menu for dinner time! I'd classify the pizza as "artisanal pizza". It's pricier than your typical pizza but you can taste the quality dough, sauce, olive oil, etc used! Atmosphere is unpretentious while the menu is interesting and slightly upscale. Staff/Service is excellent! My criticism is it's quite pricey for a family dinner. The menu seems tailored for date nights while the atmosphere is very casual.
We stopped for breakfast! The whipped ricotta toast is exceptional! As was the vegetarian sandwich! Both had multiple layers of deliciousness in flavors! The ambience is great with music and people! They have cocktails 🍹 Service was wonderful! The owner was telling me about their pickles, but I did not have any with my breakfast dish so I was a little bummed. However, he came back with a small serving so I could try some! This is the place, y’all! Cannot wait to come back!🍞🥐☕️🥖🇦🇷

This was my first time at the 8th St location. Great customer service, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and the shop itself was beautiful (I'm in love with the giant oven!) My sister and I ordered a sandwich each, both were fantastic! She got the Cubano and I got the Mushroom and bacon tartine (pictured). I loved the combination of flavors!!! I will definitely be going back again soon, especially since the location is very convenient for me. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Two pizzas were very good. Three pastas were not good at all. Service was not good. We had to get up and find our server after waiting over 10 minutes to be greeted. They only had two front of house staff for the whole place. I think the fact that they were busy and understaffed are primary reasons for our poor overall experience. Overall the food overpriced as well even if the food pastas were good. Thankfully they did take one pasta off of our tab. Alfredo noodles were not even fully cooked. Tasted like buttered noodles except it was $15 without any protein. The staff were nice, just not prepared to be busy on a Saturday night in December. We may try it again next time we visit TC. Have had several great dinners and takeout from here previously. Pizzas are amazing. But unfortunately our dinner for TC restaurant week was less than stellar and not up to par with their normal standard. We didn’t want to make a big fuss out of it in front of the other diners but we did notice a hair in my friend’s pomodoro, she obviously didn’t finish it, so pointed it out to one of the servers when she came by to clear the dishes. We weren’t really offered any sort of resolution in terms of a new plate or comping that particular part of the meal when it was time to check out. Bit disappointing.

Great place to get good food. Tried the pasta and the pizza. Fantastic. Had the Feelin' Spicy! Pizza and the Carbonara pasta. I usually don't order pasta but this was great. Super cool atmosphere all new and plenty of parking. This area is becoming upscale with new buildings and restaurants opening nearby.
