Having seen Signature Gallery, it's time to have a rest at this bar. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve tasty lawar here. If you want to try some good whiskey sour, gin fizz or bourbon, Congress Street Up is a decent choice for you. You can enjoy live music in the evening. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this place is something one can name fast. Prices are attractive for the quality you receive. The terrific decor and pretty atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. This spot has received Google 4.9 according to the visitors' opinions.

Loved the cocktail class! It was by far our favorite things we did in Savannah! Miller was exceptional. He kept the class entertained and was a wealth of knowledge. 10/10 recommend this class for anyone looking for something unique and fun to do in Savannah! We also had some drinks at the bar after the class and the drinks were also exceptional! Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a great way to end the tour of the American Prohibition Museum. The bartender was so friendly and interactive with all of us in the bar. We had a fun experience with Malört and toasting to my birthday. The two cocktails(Sidecar & French 75) we ordered we delicious as well. Thank you! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great little spot! Katie is top notch, knows her stuff. Made me an amazing Penicillin on the fly. Will definitely come by next time I’m in this great city. Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Cocktail Class was amazing! Definitely worth every penny. Jason was so much fun, the entire class was engaged and laughing the whole time. The cocktails were unreal, I can’t wait to make them at my next party. It’s definitely a must do for anyone coming to Savannah! I’ve probably only written a review once or twice in my life but this experience was worth bragging about and I can’t wait to do it again. Huge thumbs up, thank you for a great night!!

Miller was absolutely fabulous for the mixology class! As bar owners, we still learned and had such a great time with him. Totally recommend him for the class below the prohibition museum. Katie is a great bartender in the bar after the class. Loved them both! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail class lead by Jason! He was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and interactive. Would definitely recommend, and will take one of the other liquor classes when I return to Savannah!

Situated right before prohibition was repealed on the tour of the Prohibition Museum (or accessible from the street without visiting the museum) is Congress Street Up serving up classic cocktails from the speak-easy era when it wasn't legal to drink anything with alcohol in it. The selection of drinks is nice (Or they can mix anything you want) and the bartenders are knowledgeable. (And tippable via Venmo which is a great convenience we experienced on our trip to the south at many places.) I enjoyed the Brown Derby cocktail...I mean it really was one of the more delicious cocktails I had. Perfectly mixed with knowledge and skill. This is a great place, especially after visiting the museum, to experience some of the flavors of an era gone by, which informed the cocktail culture we so enjoy today. Definitely stop in!

We took the cocktail class taught by Kaylor, and had an AWESOME time! If I could give more stars, I would! Kaylor's passion for classic cocktails and the history around them is infectious! She did an excellent job teaching our class, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I can't say enough good things about this class. If you have the chance to take it, don't even think twice. We took the bartending course and loved it. We even learned how to make a Chatham Artillery Punch, which apparently has been around a very long time. Great place, great staff, great fun!!! Note that I didn’t rate the food because we didn’t eat here other than a few salty snacks during the class. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
