I love this spot. I am a trucker and it's very nice to be able to get off the truck and walk somewhere to get food other than in the truck stops or normal fast food. Its nearly in the same parking lot as the Love's. Connie's night crew were all very sweet and let me hang out so I didn't have to hang out on my truck. Always have the best chicken biscuits around. Love their gravy that is standard on their biscuits. If you don't want gravy on your biscuit you will have to tell them as all their biscuits come with gravy. Love the fact that they are close to the hospital and several doctors offices because if I'm there having blood work done, I can stop by and get a biscuit afterwards. It was well worth an hour walk to get there! their chicken biscuit sandwich and donut are amazing, the biscuit was soft, paired with the gravy it was amazing. The donut was soft, yet delicious, like it could melt in your mouth. This place 100% deserves the 5 star rating it has! Very rude service and food not FRESH so disappointed. I ordered a sweet tea with my meal and was charged 2.49 to found out after I placed my order the tea was out due to the machine being down can't make sweet tea if the machine doesn't work per the employee. Please read your reviews and improve for the sake of sweet tea

I used to be a loyal patron of Connie’s Fried Chicken in Tupelo, MS. However, the recent changes have left me deeply disappointed. The decision to remove Mountain Dew from the menu was a significant letdown, and it seems that the customer service has taken a nosedive since the ownership transition. On multiple occasions, my orders were botched – missing sides, stale rolls, and even forgotten sauces. The staff appeared untrained in handling drive offs and refunds, leading to frustrating and prolonged waiting times, especially in the drive-thru. Management's excuses about supply chain issues were repetitive and lackluster. Even the attempt at compensation with a gift card couldn't make up for the consistent customer service, quality, consistency, and fiscal mishaps. Connie’s used to represent consistency, friendly service, and quality food, but sadly, it’s now a series of letdowns and excuses. I’d hoped for improvement after talking with Alan the General Manager but, alas, it seems it’s time to bid farewell to a family wide once-beloved establishment. We stopped in based on a recommendation from family. Great blueberry donuts and the chicken biscuits were good as well. Second best blueberry donuts I have ever had. Hard to beat Gibsons Donuts in Memphis though.
