Burger was leathery but had a flame broiled flavor, loved the cheerwine float, nugs where McDonald's like. The biggest issue is you can't hear them call you from around the corner in the dining room, staff friendly and doing the best they can, will go back, price isn't bad. Usually they aight, but how does someone get order a 2 hotdog tray with cajun fries/onion rings. Then Forget both the cajun fries and onion rings. It's half the tray's items.

It's with a heavy heart that I have to give a one star to my best fast food chain restaurant. I made a quick stop here on the trip to get a big double burger tray and a side of fries and hush puppies like I always get. But this time around, it was a total mess. They had nothing except onions on my burger. I was already back on the road and I was highly disappointed from my own favorite place to eat on the go. I wanna to assume it was someone else's oder they might have given me. But that one glitch won't stop me from getting cookout burgers. I will just always double my orders, and I advise you reading this to always do. The day you don't will be they day your orders will be messed up. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

Cookout has the best price to food ratio and the food is pretty good. No where else can you get this much food and a huge tea for only $5.88. You can add a milkshake instead of a drink for only $1.00 more. I recommend!

If I could give a o star I would I have been in the service industry for 14 years in fact I served at a restaurant this morning then had to take my daughter to the emergency room with 102 fever and all she wanted when we left was cook out!!! I’m super stressed have three hungry kids and I get to the ordering screen and ask the lady if they had spicy chicken sandwiches and I don’t think she could hear me well so I repeated my self and this lady had the nerve to tell me if I looked at the menu I would know if they did and honestly that set me off!!! Like are you kidding me?! And she was rude about it so I just left! And I will admit I did saying something too her and I flipped her off before I left which I shouldn’t have done Im not the type of person to sit here and write a review but y’all are going to hear from me today! This is not the first time I’ve had an experience with nasty attitudes with this restaurant!
