I am very dissappointed for the fact that how the quality has detiroated over the years no consistency Copper Chimney Tongaat you lost a customer your food was way below average the tikka was burnt I am embarrased to even post you guys so called biryani honestly what a waste of my money would have rather got Nando's or KFC which is always consitencence. This is the second Indo Pak restuarant that I have been disappointed. We pay money for your food provide a quality service. Even 1 star is too generous / the butter chicken is embarassingly revolting - looked like custard with 3 chunks of bland chicken - not a single curry or spice in this bright orange gunge - stay right away from this lot if you want quality food - no rice with it either / disgusting 🤢 and I am not one to moan ever - the prawn chow mein was pathetic too - scratching this place off my list for sure Price per person R 450–500 Food: 1

Genuinely inedible food. Please avoid at all costs. Mushroom curry had virtually no mushrooms and the butter chicken was disgusting, made with only several chunks of chicken. Eish, that butter chicken was the worst of my Life. 1. The soup was not thick at all, it was watery and lacked flavour. Like a soup packet mixed with warm water. 2. There were only three pieces of chicken. The Uber eats price was R155 for this curry without any sides😓. What a disappointment. The garlic naan however was pretty good. Good people don't waste your time and money at copper chimney ballito junction, the wait is just too long, they serve stail food, day old food, which is kept in the fridge and served cold, one bite and I was so disappointed I just inform the manager and walked out. I give 3 stars only because the curry was tasty and you can get proper Naan. I ordered through Mr Delivery from the Ballito Junction branch and when the order arrived, there was no rice, doesn't say you need to order rice seperate on the menu, we got rice the last time without a seperate order, and the Naan was half the size of the last time we ordered. The mushroom curry was more sauce than mushrooms. The paneer curry had about 3 pieces of paneer in it, also mostly sauce. When I phoned to enquire about the rice, I was told I was at the wrong restaurant and I should phone the Ballito branch directly, but all info on Google points to the number I dialed being the Ballito branch, no other numbers coild be found anywhere.
