We ordered at the kiosk when we came in. An hour later, we went to the counter and were told it was never started and we had to wait another 20 minutes. My husband went to the side window instead, and someone found our pizza right away. Weird, but the gross thing was this hair in our pizza!!!

Very very slow innefiecient service. Taking orders from a register with a closed sign doesnt make any sense. ????

not sure what happened to costco food court whole pizza one day crust was good the next couple times it was nasty gross paper thin and chewy, really bad .....costco Lodi ca. if I could give it no stars I would 👎

If you order when you pay for groceries it's a lot faster. The pizza is great, and even better as a left over. Or freeze for another day or week. Best part very large and reasonably priced.

Nov.5 2017 at 1pm. I ordered two pizzas on the phone and i was told it will be ready in 20 to 25 min.well i waited 40 min to get the wrong pizza instead of a pepperoni they gave me a combination. I didnt find out till i got outside so i had to make my way back to the foodcourt. I explained it was suppose to be a pepperoni like the receite said. So he gave me another pizza that i tought was a pepperoni so i went home. And when i got home it was another combination. Thanks alot

Best deal around. Everyone know it. Where else are sodas 59 cents and a big chicken Caesar salad 3.99 ? Also the acai bowls are good, mainly because of the produce they put on top . Mm

This has happened to me couple of times. They take your order and when you go for pick up it's not ready, even though you get told on the phone it will be ready in 30 minutes. Or they havent started your order even though you called 45 minutes before.
