If you like supporting local businesses, you must try COYA. Authentic Peruvian food located inside the “Sidewalk Deli” and it was so good. It was my first time and the woman running the joint was kind and helped me choose which dish to go with. I didn’t even take a picture of the food I got before I practically cleaned the plate in 10 minutes. I work down the street and will definitely be coming here more often. I had a wonderful first time at this little restaurant inside the convenience store. Te food turned out to be incredibly tasty. The ceviche and Tallarín were standout dishes, and I was truly impressed by the chef preparing everything herself right there. I can confidently say that I will definitely come back for more delightful experiences! The food was so fresh and delicious. I had the ceviche mixto and the flavor was perfect. Same with the Lomo Saltado. Portion sizes were great for the price. Absolutely delicious. Everything is made to order from very fresh ingredients with great passion from a small family owned business. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and every component from the rice (buttery delicious) to the onions (seasoned to perfection) was a culinary delight. This place is a hidden gem. The food here is fantastic and the woman who owns the place and prepares everything is very friendly and sweet. I always get the vegetarian dishes.
