Crumbl has the very best cookies and amazing customer service. My delivery order arrived incorrect, one cookie was wrong out of 4. Not only did Thornton Crumbl send me an entire replacement box of cookies but they also gave me a refund. That's the kind of customer service experience that makes a happy customer for life. A special shout out to this location and staff member Tia. I ordered some cookies for a colleagues birthday today and upon delivery (Door Dash), you could immediately tell they had been dropped. Although the best cookies, they are not cheap and the lack of care by the Door Dash driver was disheartening. I called and explained what happened to staff member Tia, who not only ensured that I was delivered a new order free of charge, but she delivered them herself. I was so impressed by the extra mile she went from both a customer service and a human perspective. Thank you to Tia. Crumbl Cookie Management - take notice of Tia. That's who you want working and representing your company.

Crumble Cookie is one those cookie shops that always borders on "soft and gooey" or "raw". I usually give them the benefit of the doubt since they're big, but it's now happened too many times where I get my cookie and the inside is CLEARLY raw and not cooked all the way. I know plenty of other places that sell soft cookies and are not bordering. AMAZING. Ridiculously easy to order - and Yes, they deliver!!! This is a great way to surprise a friend or send an appreciation gift to a client. It's super simple, just download the app, place your order & enjoy! This store in particular has been amazing. They are all super friendly, easy to order through and keep the store in top notch condition!

Staff is always patient and super helpful. Quick service and of course, delicious cookies. Mini cookies need to be ordered early, as they are part of catering! To do curbside or delivery, you need to download the free app! Easy ordering! Weekly flavors are fun and favorites usually return after a few weeks. Store is very clean. You can write a personalized note on box for staff to print. They also have stickers that say things like "I love you." Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
